**Job Responsibilities**
- Adhere to and maintain preparation and production guidelines according to Aramark standards by reviewing and approving production and temperature logs.
- Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.

- Assist in conducting inventory, properly receiving, and storing food and food related items. Requisition orders as needed for approval.
- Participates in the preparation/5 P's (Participation, Pulls, Production, Portion Control, and Postproduction), storage and assembly of meals and food items.
- Follows the Company's Standard of Operation for food handling and storage. Follows HACCP policies and procedures regarding proper food handling procedures.

Job Summary
As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Catering Department in all duties including training new associates, overseeing event set-ups, and directing any temporary personnel in addition to their everyday assignments. THE ROLE
The purpose of the Catering Manager is to oversee the day-to-day catering operations at View Boston. This highly motivated professional will managing the front of house and back of house catering operations for the event spaces within the venue and will report directly to the General Manager of the Restaurant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Oversee and execute all View Boston events from load in, set up, execution, load out.
* Attend weekly BEO meetings and preconference meetings, proactively preparing for View Boston events two weeks out, ensuring all cross functional departments are aware and staffed appropriately for event attendees.
* Collaborate with venue technology team to ensure seamless AV for all event clients.

What You'll Do:
Tasked with assisting the Food & Beverage manager in their functions and the team. The Food & Drink Supervisor is no small potatoes.
