PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is accountable for the cleanliness of the center common area, which included but is not limited to, the parking lot, common sidewalks, and service bays. This position is also responsible for emptying of trash receptacles, tenant dumpsters, and operating a trash compactor. Primary Purpose: This position services as Office Manager within a center management office and is responsible to provide ongoing support to the center management staff, as determined, and as assigned by the General Manager.
