The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of fine dining service standards, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to our established service standards. **Table Maintenance:** Maintain a clean and organized dining area. This includes pre-bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their meal. **Team Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with the kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests. Knowledge & Training: Continuously expand your knowledge of our menu, wine list, and daily specials. Participate in staff training sessions and tastings to stay informed. **Guest Relations:** Anticipate guest needs, address any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a calm demeanor, and strive to exceed expectations to ensure repeat business. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
