Great pay, clean environment at work place and the benefits are amazing!
I really haven’t found any cons of working at Aramark. The only thing it could be is I drive 37 minutes to work, but that’s my choice. The pay makes up for it.
Professionalism in the management staff is outstanding. The standards that are in place when hiring individuals are top notch, no riffraff
When I was hired on at Aramark, I was promised great pay and the benefit package was unbelievable. They stuck to their word and they gave me everything that they said that I would get while working there. They’re honest and display professionalism in every aspect
I’m not sure I have any suggestions on improvement
I prepared for my interview with much confidence and professionalism that I could. Since I’ve always heard great things about working for Aramark I expressed this in my interview, showed them my qualifications . My hiring manager offered me more than I expected, which I was very pleased.
Looking at the website and showing the rate of pay in each job title is way more than I expected. They respect their employees and compensate us with benefits and pay rate that I believe is much higher than anything I’ve ever dreamed.
I am a cook and I work at an addiction and recovery center preparing meals for the clients. The quality of food and Aramark provides for us to prepare is top-notch so the satisfaction of seeing the clients happy and enjoying their meals brings joy to my heart . The addiction and recovery facility that I work at allows us to provide quality food, which makes a huge difference inthe clients happiness and stay at the facility.
none. soul sucking, American corporate-capitalism at its climax.
no support. no leadership. no leadership development. poor/nonexistent communication strategies/practices
there are no benefits. working here negatively impacts my very soul every time I clock in.
there is no leadership, just a slew of self-serving bosses clambering over the backs of others doing their work for them.
eliminate the executive "leadership" and install conscientious, caring, pragmatic, employee-serving LEADERS.
don't. go literally anywhere else for a paycheck if you have any self respect.

clocking out and trying to forget I work for such a disgrace of a business.
I worked with a great team. We worked well together.
Overall ,I was very happy in my last job and my employer was supportive of me within my role,The team were great, and we achieved some amazing things when I was there. However if I had to choose one thing that frustrated me slightly ,it would have to be the fact I felt ,on occasions, my skillset and qualities were not used to their advantage.I am naturally an enthusiastic, driven and competitive person, and I felt I had so much more to offer my employer.
I enjoyed paid time off,Retirement plan,Health insurance and allowed over time if needed.
The staff and client.
Management. Seems that they do not like to compliment the employee. Will take all the credit when a job is done correctly and have no issues placing blame on anyone but themselves when a job does not go exactly a planned. They always seem to find a scapegoat. Next level up management does not seem to care nor have the backbone to step in and correct the problem.
There are no perks or benefits. Seems the only ones that get any perks are managers.
What i liked about working here was that the people were so nice and were always there for you when you needed help
What i didn't like about working here was not a whole lot, sometimes they would not schedule enough workers for a big event.
The availability of hours and the option of choosing your own hours, the free food was nice too :)

There isn't to much that I didn't like about it.

Every now and then one of the people that worked with us would treat us for lunch.
Good people. It's clean.
Not enough hours.
There's health insurance with the job.
I had a stable job while completing my Bachelor of Science degree. It has good benefits and vacation time.
Multiple weeks of vacation
Ability to obtain tools to improve the job at hand.
Micromanaging regional management, blatant favoritism, and lack of work/life balance. Hospitality labor ratios are textbook for poor service.
Company pays for pregnancy 100%. Rare industry perk for those that have time to have a family.
My teammates, working helping and mentoring others.
No support from the upper management team to a small account.
Weekends off and retirement benefits.

Short staffed most of the time. Unable to retain staff. Poor pay. Upper management is a joke. Unsure how this company stays in business.
