none. soul sucking, American corporate-capitalism at its climax.
no support. no leadership. no leadership development. poor/nonexistent communication strategies/practices
there are no benefits. working here negatively impacts my very soul every time I clock in.
there is no leadership, just a slew of self-serving bosses clambering over the backs of others doing their work for them.
eliminate the executive "leadership" and install conscientious, caring, pragmatic, employee-serving LEADERS.
don't. go literally anywhere else for a paycheck if you have any self respect.

Overall ,I was very happy in my last job and my employer was supportive of me within my role,The team were great, and we achieved some amazing things when I was there. However if I had to choose one thing that frustrated me slightly ,it would have to be the fact I felt ,on occasions, my skillset and qualities were not used to their advantage.I am naturally an enthusiastic, driven and competitive person, and I felt I had so much more to offer my employer.
I enjoyed paid time off,Retirement plan,Health insurance and allowed over time if needed.

The staff and client.
Management. Seems that they do not like to compliment the employee. Will take all the credit when a job is done correctly and have no issues placing blame on anyone but themselves when a job does not go exactly a planned. They always seem to find a scapegoat. Next level up management does not seem to care nor have the backbone to step in and correct the problem.
There are no perks or benefits. Seems the only ones that get any perks are managers.
Summers and holidays off. No weekends. Strong bonds formed with co workers.
Short staffed most of the time. Unable to retain staff. Poor pay. Upper management is a joke. Unsure how this company stays in business.
No work on weekends or holidays.
