Our Service Operations Warehousers are responsible for a variety of typical warehouse tasks, including moving material around the warehouse. Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm Working as Full-time National Accounts Associate Sales Specialist, you will assist the National Accounts Team in developing and managing a corporate Book of Business with large multi-site National Account customers and prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Supporting the assigned "Book of Business"
o Assisting with Contract Management, including: price file management, customer specific cost savings programs and developing and managing cost savings and continuous improvement projects to meet contractual and customer cost savings goals
o Marketing and selling Fastenal Automated Supply Technology Solutions to new and existing National Account customers
o Making formal presentations to senior level management
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time
