Aramco Trading Americas (ATA) is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to develop and manage a comprehensive program of internal auditing in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors standards in addition to internal Audit Committee guidance. The Head of Internal Audit will ensure conformance with the internal audit standards, plans, budgets, and schedules, as well as, assist the Company in accomplishing its strategic and operational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead internal auditing activities in the Company, specifically in Operations, IT and Information Security activities of the Company.
Plan and execute audits in accordance with internal audit standards.
Assign staff to audit tasks within the assigned area(s) and develop audit schedules.
Arrange with the operational management areas of review for the performance of audits.
Review and approve the purpose, scope, and audit program of each audit area.
Counsel and guide auditors to see that the approved audit objectives are met and that adequate, practical coverage is achieved.
Review audit work papers developed by the Auditor in Charge and carry out general review of other working papers and wrap up audit files for the review of Chief Internal Audit Officer.
Review and edit audit reports and, in arrangement with the Auditor in Charge, discuss the reports with the appropriate operational management.
Develop proposals, to the Chief Internal Auditor, for recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and supervising of staff auditors.
Identify factors causing deficient conditions and recommend courses of action to improve the conditions, including special surveys and audits, as appropriate.
Follow up corrective action plans taken by operational management in response to the audit reports findings and recommendations.
Enable for a flow of communication from operating management to the Chief Internal Audit Officer.
Participate in fraud investigations, if required or requested.
Coordinate audit efforts with the External Auditors, as appropriate.
Build constructive relationships with operating management and ensure a partnering relationship with the respective functions/ departments.
Proactively provide inputs in the development of company's audit plan and improvements in methods enhancements.
Non-Audit Activities:
Assist in non-audit assignments/ tasks, as requested and provide deliverables within the agreed timeline and with highest level of quality standards.
Provide effective leadership and constructive feedback, where relevant to team members based on objective assessments and reviews.
Proactively assist in enhancing Internal Audit's governance, infrastructure and processes, as appropriate.
Governance and Resilience:
Actively contribute/ assist in in enhancing the reputation of internal audit, its infrastructure, methodologies and processes.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Actively promote within the organization, the proper implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Provide support to the department in enhancing awareness within the organization, on new trends in business and technology, emerging risks, new compliance requirements and legislative trends, and other audit related issues.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business related field.
Professional certification such as the CIA, CPA, CFA, or other certificates of equal caliber.
More than 10 years of work experience in accounting, auditing, compliance, or related fields (experience with energy trading is preferred)
Ability to execute concurrent projects in a fast paced environment.
Ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent critical and analytical thinking, written and oral communication, and organizational skills.

As Senior Counsel, the successful candidate will support ATA's commercial business and all related regulatory compliance support workstreams. The position will provide expert level regulatory advice and support for domestic and international commodities and derivatives trading activities. This role will also interact and support other lawyers in other Aramco Trading affiliated offices, including the Associate General Counsel-Regulatory Affairs, located in Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Asia to ensure coordinated trade compliance activities within the global enterprise.
Duties:
Provide advice and counsel on a range of trade compliance issues, including:

Managing external counsel to ensure delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose legal advice

Qualifications:
JD degree with strong academic credentials
An active license to practice law in the US
Minimum of 10 years of legal experience; preferably 5 years related to regulatory trade compliance in either private practice or in an in-house legal department
Robust experience with trade regulatory issues related to physical and financial hydrocarbon trading activity as well as logistic operations, including storage, marine, truck, rail, and pipeline
Ability to precisely draft documents, policies, and legal guidance that is concise and digestible for non-lawyers
Detail oriented, organized, and effectively able to manage multiple matters while balancing competing deadlines
Capable of working independently, with others in the legal department, and across the company with non-lawyer stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in an office environment located in downtown Houston, TX.

Job Summary:
The ROCC Operator will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring and control for Repsol's renewable generation assets across the US. This role will function from the remote-operations control center (ROCC) based in downtown Houston, TX. The operator shall ensure safe and reliable operations while coordinating with internal and external entities such as field operations teams, maintenance contractors. Key Responsibilities:
Operability
Monitor real-time 24/7 control center operations of renewable assets to ensure safety, operability, and grid reliability in accordance with standard operating procedures
Incident categorization, initial troubleshooting and escalation of issues (alarms, faults, abnormal operations) using our enterprise SCADA and CMMS applications.
Fault/alarm resolution either by remote resets or coordinating local resets with field personnel.
Coordinating with field personnel to ensure safe and reliable operations in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Regional Transmission Organization and Independent System Operators (RTO/ISO). As per North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC)
Enter and manage work orders to ensure traceability of all activities at the plants
Make proper notifications to scheduling coordinators, transmission/grid operators in the event of derates or planned outages.
Create and maintain documentation to effectively support the operating fleet. This may include operating procedures, turnover documentation, work instructions, alarm lists etc
Safety
Ensure safe and proper control of substation switching equipment and generators
Execute emergency response procedures in accordance with safety plans.
Grid Compliance
Manual override of grid instructions/curtailments in the event of failure of AGC systems
Submit outage/derate notifications to external entities using the required applications for related RTO/ISO.
Analyze plant historical data and draft summary reports
Monitor for voltage deviation of any plant and correct where necessary
Support grid reliability using the voltage monitoring tool and correct any deviation
Support grid reliability using the curtailment reliability tool and correct any abnormal operation
Perform all tasks listed above during the construction and commissioning of new plants
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience
3+ years in power system operations, power production, or related energy operations is required
Experience working with SCADA user interfaces or HMIs is required
Experience working with renewable generation (Wind, PV, BESS) is preferred
Experience working in power generation or transmission control centers is preferred
Ability to draft and review standard operating procedures, checklists, and specifications
Proficiency in creating summary reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in shifts (days and nights) is required. This includes holidays and weekends.

**About the role**
The Sr. Traveling Wellfield Technician is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, repair, installation, and performance of the assigned landfill gas collection and control systems. Travel will be required primarily to locations in Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Kansas City. locations will vary, and the candidate must be willing to travel to sites across the U.S. as needed. Travel is 75 percent or greater.
**Key accountabilities**
+ Responsible for the operation and trouble-shooting of the wellfield and control devices in safe, efficient, and productive manner to maintain compliance with the site-specific Title V Operating Permit, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and prescribed safety and environmental standards and applicable state, federal and local rules and regulations.
+ Maintains daily logs and obtains readings in accordance with prescribed standards.
+ Follows all plant and landfill safety policies and procedures. Uses personal protective equipment (hardhat, FR clothing, safety shoes, safety vest, hearing protection, gas monitoring equipment, safety glasses, etc.) in accordance with work tasks and company policies.
+ Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Maintains a clean workspace and environment in the plant and office areas, grounds, and on the landfill.
+ Writes routine reports and correspondence.
+ Performs tuning and adjustment of the wellfield collection system to ensure compliance, maximize gas collection, and minimize air intrusion, storing data as required.
+ Maintains wellfield database and associated logs to meet regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
+ Performs and documents wellhead repairs, adjustments, and readings; coordinates, communicates, and verifies corrective actions in order to maintain continuous compliance.

+ Assists supervisory staff with operational planning of construction projects and gas collection field expansions.

Serves the AACO Supply Chain in North America and Saudi Aramco (SAO) worldwide.
Key Scope Components:
Review and update of Compliance Manuals and procedures at least annually
Review and verify monthly compliance reports and metrics
Ensure trade compliance training on at least an annual basis for all AACO departments touched by trade compliance regulations
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Performs all supervisory functions at the unit level as defined by management. Evaluates and reviews work processes to assure continuous improvement and consistency with company objectives. Supervises all trade compliance activities and initiatives for AACO and its affiliates.
Works closely with and responds to all inquiries or questions from all departments in AACO, as well as AACO affiliates (APM, AAC, SAEV, etc.) with regard to trade compliance requirements and laws. Provides oversight and monitors trade compliance processes and procedures in place.
Works with key stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all necessary trade compliance related controls are successfully integrated within all AACO departments and with AACO affiliates. Makes recommendations to key stakeholders to update standard operating procedures to improve overall trade compliance efforts.
Develops and maintains an AACO company-wide Trade Compliance Manual to ensure compliance to trade regulations and laws.
Reviews all root cause analysis results to determine effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions with regard to compliance issues. Recommends additional actions, when required. Reports results to P&L Management, as required.
Monitors effectiveness of AACO SAP and third-party software systems and the integration of trade compliance. Identifies opportunities to maximize automation of import & export transactions within SAP for trade compliance purposes.
Consults with the Chief Compliance Officer on matters related to US Government regulations in coordination with the Trade Compliance Specialist and the P&LD Manager.
Ensures that all AACO departments and affiliates meet trade compliance regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
Reviews facts and investigates any identified violations or potential violations to trade compliance regulations. Prepares report and/or brief, included recommended mitigation action, for presentation to the P&LD Manager and the Chief Compliance Officer (when required)
Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or scientific/ engineering degree from an accredited university, or equivalent industry experience.
U.S. Customs Broker's License required.
Advanced knowledge of current trade compliance laws and regulations, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
Understands export licensing.
Possesses sound knowledge of all aspects of international supply chains including international logistics and transportation.
Knowledge of ERP computer systems (SAP preferred) and export control related computer systems.
Ability to:
meet all requirements to attain Corporate Empowered Official appointment.

The Engineering Advisor, Senior Engineering Advisor and Engineering Consultant positions provide for this expertise at increasing levels of recognized competence and demonstrated ability to communicate with Management and working associates and to convert technical expertise into practical recommendations regarding budget items, operating procedures, etc. Apart from the broader areas of Reservoir and Production Engineering, specialized areas in which individuals have been previously placed in Advisor and Senior Advisor positions include: Reservoir Simulation, Formulation Evaluation, Completions, and Long-Range Planning.
Advisor and Consultant recommendations have an immediate impact upon operating procedures and new project definitions which often have individual impact in the millions of dollars. These positions will also often head special task forces to solve individual problems.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Leads and/or participates in research and development efforts involving the advanced materials for upstream oil and gas production applications in the areas of productivity enhancement, stimulation fluids, sand control and unconventional gas.
Has laboratory experience in advanced materials and their characterization and oilfield application methodologies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Oversees the completion of the audit. Proposes revisions in the program as circumstances warrant. Reviews and evaluates the findings and conclusions of assistants.
