Office hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p, however, the provision of emergency/crisis services during evening and weekends is required.

Our organization is a CARF accredited, private, non-profit, community mental health and substance use disorder treatment center that has been serving rural Fremont County since 1959.
Requires current, unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Addictions Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LAT, LCSW, LPC) in the State of Wyoming. (Provisionally licensed clinicians are also encouraged to apply.)
Services (outpatient and intensive outpatient) are provided in-person or via telehealth.
On the job training provided and job shadowing may be required before working independently.

Job Summary
* The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipunctures and related specimen collection tasks, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
