Students are referred by their resident school district. Lane School is a reintegration program designed to transition students back to their home school. Services are designed to help students gain the skills needed to be successful in a less restrictive setting. Students are referred by their resident district and transition to a less restrictive setting as determined appropriate by an IEP team.
