Astrid Van Ruymbeke joined Arbonne in 2018. As Chief Financial Officer for Arbonne International, she brings more than a decade of global finance and planning experience to the Arbonne community from senior management roles with Stanhome Italy and Dr. Pierre Ricaud. Most recently, Astrid joined LBVYR to take on the responsibility of Chief Financial Officer for Specialized Cosmetics Brands, in order to facilitate the integration of the Group’s latest acquisitions, follow up the back-office synergies, and harmonize the controlling of these activities. She brings her insight and planning to Arbonne and its community. Astrid received her degree from HEC Paris.

Lauro Romero joined Arbonne as Vice President, Digital Transformation in early 2018. Having over 25 years of Information Technology leadership, Lauro’s role at Arbonne has helped build a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Lauro’s responsibilities include IT Operations, Information Security and Enterprise Applications Development & Support. Most recently, Lauro held the position of Chief Information Officer at Printronix, Inc., a leader in Industrial Printing Solutions, where he led key business transformation initiatives around IT Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Management and Digital Marketing functions. Previously, Lauro held multiple IT leadership roles at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., Conexant Systems and Rockwell International.

Lauro received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Mexicali, Mexico. Lauro is excited to work at a company with such a meaningful purpose as Arbonne, and to have an opportunity to help our Field Consultants succeed.

Michael D'Arminio is a Chief Creative Officer at Arbonne. He has worked as VP:Global Marketing & Creative at Coty Prestige, Chief Creative Officer at Philosophy Foundation, and VP:Global Marketing & Creative at COTY INC.. Michael works or has worked at Ogilvy & Mather Ltd and Donna Karan Intl Inc and works or has worked as VP:Global Marketing & Creative at Unilever Cosmetics International and VP:Global Marketing & Creative at Loreal.

Amy Humfleet is the Chief Marketing Officer at Arbonne.

Formerly Vice President of Santa Monica-based clean beauty company, Beautycounter, Humfleet has nearly two decades of marketing & product innovation experience, including leadership roles at Aveda, Diamond Products, Dial and Kao Brands.

As Arbonne's Global Chief Marketing Officer, Humfleet is responsible for building and leading the global strategic vision, direction and management of the Arbonne brand. She will be based at Arbonne's headquarters in Irvine, CA and report to CEO Jean-David Schwartz.

Fabienne Smolinski joined Arbonne in May, 2017 with over 20 years of Human Resources experience for several Fortune 100 organizations and top employers in Orange County. Most recently, Fabienne served as the Executive Vice President of People for The New Home Company, a luxury home builder based in Aliso Viejo. She was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, seeing the company grow 200% in headcount, going public and being named a Top Workplace, all within one year. Prior to joining The New Home Company, Fabienne held Senior Leadership roles in companies such as Bausch+Lomb, Allergan, and Fluor Corporation.

Fabienne holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and an undergraduate BS, Business Administration. She is a Certified Compensation Professional through World at Work and is DDI certified. Her active affiliations include the Society of Human Resources Professionals, National Association of Professional Women, and the National Human Resources Association.

Fabienne lives in Dana Point with her partner Bob and has a daughter who plays D1 soccer for UC Davis. Fabienne’s motto is “to always look for opportunities to do things better than you did before and leave a legacy through creativity, honesty and hard work.”
