Ivan Kaufman (born February 4, 1961) is the President and CEO of Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE:ABR), the Chairman and CEO of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, and the chairman and CEO of Arbor Residential Mortgage, LLC.

Steven Katz is Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President, Residential Financing, for Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR), a national real estate investment company. He is responsible for developing Arbor’s proprietary Single-Family Rental (SFR) Portfolios platform and growing the company’s presence in the workforce and affordable housing sector.

As part of its growth strategy, Steven leads Arbor’s efforts to play a prominent role in shaping the emerging SFR market, so property investors may achieve long-term investment returns while providing affordable and better-quality housing options in rental markets across the country. Arbor is an established multifamily lender recognized as a Top 10 Fannie Mae DUS® Multifamily Lender; a Top Fannie Mae Small Loan Lender; a Top Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan Lender; and a leading bridge lender. Arbor also provides in-house loan servicing for its multibillion-dollar portfolio.

Steven has more than 25 years of experience in mortgage trading, banking and servicing at top-tier financial organizations. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and US Head of Residential Trading and Lending for Morgan Stanley, where he directed billions of dollars on lending and trading balance sheets. Prior to this, Steven was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Seneca Mortgage, a brand of privately held entities focused on residential mortgage servicing and investments with a $36 billion servicing portfolio.

A demonstrated thought leader, Steven has extensive knowledge in real estate investment and funding. He has participated in more than 50 panel discussions on capital markets, including at RMBS and industry conferences, sharing his expertise on deal structuring, financing, mortgage loan origination, servicing and warehousing.

Committed to causes that impact children, Steven is a strong advocate of Autism Speaks, a philanthropic organization that sponsors research and raises awareness of the developmental disorder. He also cofounded Project Sage Horse Rescue - a rescue, rehabilitation and adoption program. During its tenure, the nonprofit horse farm rescued and adopted nearly 300 horses, and provided programs for special needs children. Steven supports Callen-Lorde, a community health center that provides sensitivity, healthcare and related services for New York’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and was a Bernard M. Baruch Presidential Scholar.

Andrew Guziewicz joined Arbor in July 2008. As Managing Director, Chief Credit Officer, Structured Finance, he oversees the underwriting process for all structured finance transactions and is a voting member of Arbor’s Credit Committee. The structured finance group originates, structures, underwrites and funds debt and equity financing for various asset types and classes of commercial real estate nationwide.

Mr. Guziewicz has more than two decades of commercial mortgage underwriting experience. Prior to joining Arbor, he served as a director for Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he was responsible for managing the underwriting of loans from $50 million to over $5 billion, which were originated for securitization or private placement in capital markets. He has also held positions at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., Aetna Real Estate Investments, and GE Capital.

Mr. Guziewicz earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/International Business from the University of New Haven.
