In Great Bend Kansas I worked at Arby's for about a year, a few months later the most amazing woman I had ever had the privilege to work with, I was 40 if that says anything about her, Shirley Schwartz retired from being the GM. Lunch ran like clock work, she was not little scary in the best way and we always worked and had fun too!! I never went back to see an old boss before either! Now, it sucks there.
Pay sucks!!!!
Part time, no benefits. Discount on food but who eats where they work everyday so not much here.
No idea who the CEO is.
We only knew about our store and our employees
I never prepare but I was hired on the spot because Shirley knew amazing people, just like me.
McDonald's $14 start Freddy's $14+ Convenience Store $11-$14 Dillons $10.50 Walmart $15 Arby's $7.25 You tell me.
Didn't really think about it
I don't work there anymore but it was that we were family
I had the coolest GM in the world laid back easy going my type of person but was still a boss at the end of the day and got the job done
The team I worked with.
I didn’t really feel they cared to much about their employees.
We did not have any perks/benefits.
My coworkers they’re so sweet and being cosmetology can be hard because they are so awesome with my schedule especially when I have clients and I come a little bit late but there so welcoming and helpful I really appreciate them all💜
Umm I guess if could have my days off when I don’t have school would be awesome because I’m always working and going to school and I never have time to relax and just get some rest
Being able to have an awesome communication with my boss and being such a great person and working with my schedule especially when I get backed with clients at school and he’s still keep my same hrs and doesn’t cut any days off💜
The people there
The management was poor about teaching and training new employees
1/2 off food
Fairly easy and move up through ranks quickly
Had to be persistent with management about wanting a promotion.
Free/discounted food
Being able to create a bond with costumers in the community.
I disliked the way the managers talked down on other employees including myself.
The quickness
The management
The freedom of it. Like being able to go as fast as I want
