It was a neat little place to work, everyone knew each other.

The new management was a huge disappointment. Definitely playing favorites here.

The bonus setup was nice but seems weighted. You would help achieve certain goals, with the understanding when this happened, you would get something in return. You deliver, but they never will. Be warned.
What do you like best about ARC Abrasives's CEO and the leadership team?
How nice they are when your within earshot, but after awhile, it's nasty the way everyone talks about each other.
How would you improve ARC Abrasives's culture?
It's too far gone to fix. Id scrap everything and rebuild your human resources.
How did you prepare for the ARC Abrasives interview?
I didn't get the job, only two weeks later after the guy that did get it, already quit and then I got the call hey, still wanting that job?
How does your compensation at ARC Abrasives compare to the industry average?
It was pretty low. Told not to discuss what you make with other employees, but you know it happens, and yea after I was there for over six months, their starting new people out two bucks higher than I. Makes you feel so special.
What's the diversity at ARC Abrasives like?
It's diverse.
What brings you the most joy at ARC Abrasives?
Hoping the products I make all day don't fail, some did some didn't.
