Fire all upper management and replace them with ones that have good morals.
Any compensation is lost when you leave
There is none.
No joy working there.
All pay benefits were fair
Will retaliate against you in the end. All the higher ups like to stronghold you if they find the opportunity. They took my pay when I left because I gave short notice of leave, when I could’ve just gave no notice at all. Worst job experience of my life by far.CEO waves money around to the struggling workers that attend his meetings. Higher ups will create drama if they have to pull their weight on the floor. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOUR LOOKING TO MOVE UP TO BETTER POSITIONS, they will not bat an eye for you if you put in the extra effort and time, they will pick and choose who they know over you!
