The majority of responsibility for the Territory Sales Lead is the supervision and development of the assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. The Territory Sales Lead will also be responsible for project completion, stocking and maintaining the areas we are responsible for, and store communication. This responsibility is demonstrated by effectively selling and educating customers and store personnel about product lines and other project (s) deemed necessary. The Territory Sales Lead reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.What would you do in this role?

Accountable for coordinating and implementing repairs and equipment and facility maintenance in a cost effective and efficient manner. **Hiring for Friday 8 am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday 6 am to 6 pm, Monday 8 am to 4 pm**
ACCOUNTABILITIES
EFFECTIVE INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT
Daily inspection and repair of all conveyor systems and strappers
Routine inspection, preventative maintenance and maintenance of air compressors, compactors, bailers and cardboard conveyor
Regular maintenance and repair on all housekeeping, power and material handling equipment
Perform inspection and repair of fire protection equipment
EFFECTIVELY COLLABORATE WITH SENIOR LEADERS AND FELLOW ASSOCIATES TO ACHIEVE A COMMON GOAL
Meet with department supervisor and/or manager to anticipate and plan for future preventive maintenance
Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to address mechanical opportunities while ensuring optimum processing productivity
Provide back-up for department supervisor and/or manager when absent
Compile and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
Train associates
QUALITY MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF FACILITY
Perform minor electrical/plumbing repairs, painting and office furniture moves
Routine maintenance of heating and air conditioning units
Maintain lighting throughout the facility
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment
Comply with all MSDS standards and lock out/tag procedures
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must provide own basic set of tools and keep work area neat and clean
Adhere to company policies and procedures and follow proper safety guidelines
Basic math and reading skills and legible handwriting
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with associates and supervisors
Ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately
Regular attendance
Ability to ensure and maintain confidentiality
Ability to use good judgement and problem solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and take directions
Effective verbal and written communication skills
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical activity may include time standing/walking up to eight hours with scheduled breaks. Ability to work in a multi-level environment, including climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting and pushing on a frequent basis
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis and 100 pounds on occasion with assistance
May be required to take a drug screen
