Peter Oosterveer serves as Fluor Corporation’s chief operating officer, responsible for growth and development of Fluor’s commercial business lines. A 25-year Fluor veteran, Mr. Oosterveer previously served as the group president of the company’s Energy & Chemicals Business Segment, and senior vice president of the firm's global chemicals and petrochemicals business. Mr. Oosterveer has deep international Client and project expertise in the energy and chemicals industries with previous executive stints managing Fluor's chemicals operations for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His duties included business development and sales as well as direct profit-loss responsibility. Prior to that, he was managing director of the Dutch operations of Fluor, including the Haarlem office. He also previously managed Fluor's operations center in Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands. In 2015, Mr. Oosterveer was elected to the U.S.-China Business Council board. Mr. Oosterveer was appointed to the Board of Directors of FMC Technologies, Inc. in February of 2015, and continues to serve as a Director of the ICA Fluor joint venture in Mexico and Fluor Arabia Ltd (FAL). Mr. Oosterveer has served as a Board Member for Infraspeed BV, which was involved in the design, construction, and maintenance of The Netherlands High Speed Line project. In addition he has served on the Fluor S.A. Poland Supervisory Board as well as on the Fluor S.A. Spain Board of Directors. After joining Fluor in 1989 as a control systems engineer, Mr. Oosterveer gained project experience on various upstream, downstream, and chemicals projects performed from the Haarlem office. He previously worked on a complex refinery mega-project as well as serving as project director for the firm's SAP implementation. He has a BSc in Electronics from HTS Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, and is a graduate of the Thunderbird University International Management Program, Stanford's Executive Business School, and the Fluor Management Institute.

Virginie Duperat-Vergne is a Group CFO & member of the Executive Board at ARCADIS and Board Member and Audit Committee Chairperson at ELIOR GROUP and is based in Netherlands, Missouri. She has worked as Manager at Andersen Corporation, Chief Financial Officer at Gemalto, and Senior manager at EY. Virginie works or has worked as Senior Vice President & Group Controller at TECHNIP CORPORATE SERVICES; VP Finance, Group Controller at TECHNIP CORPORATE SERVICES; and Deputy CFO at TechnipFMC. She studied at lycée, Toulouse Business School between 1994 and 1997, and DESCF.

After my graduation in 1995, I started my career in the PR and communications field with the RTL media group. In 1999, I joined General Electric (GE), where I worked until 2013. My first position in GE was in Consulting at GE Capital IT Solutions. Thereafter I held various leadership positions in GE Healthcare and GE Enterprise solutions. My last position in GE was General Manager of Renewable Energy Europe. I am a certified Master Black Belt Six Sigma.

In September 2013 I joined ARCADIS as CEO of Europe. From May 2014, as an Executive Board Member, I was responsible for the EMEA region as well as our global excellence centres and digital. In March 2018, I was appointed \'Group Executive Innovation & Transformation\'. Since November 2020, I am the Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for Technology, Sustainability and Global Shared Services, including Workplace and Procurement.

Colleagues would describe me as a very result and people focused leader. In my experience, enterprises can accomplish great results, if they are inspired by a clear vision, believe in the spirit of teams, deliver on mutual committments and are courageous enough to embrace exponential innovation in an inclusive way.

I am married, we have four boys and we live near Cologne in Germany. Outside work I like to read, run, and spend as much time with my family as possible.

Jacoline van Blokland is a Chief People Officer at ARCADIS and is based in Netherlands, Missouri. She has worked as Manager Human Resources at Getronics, Chief HR Officer at Consolis SAS, and Human Resources Manager at AT&T Lucent Technologies. Jacoline studied at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam between 1983 and 1989.

Boris is a student Strategic Account Management Association graduating in 2021 and is based in Arnhem-Nijmegen en omgeving. He is a Directeur Client Development (CCO) Arcadis Nederland at ARCADIS. Boris has worked as Directeur Gebieden / Director Earhquake program at Centrum Veilig Wonen. He attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) between 1994 and 1998, TSM Business School between 2008 and 2010, and Arcadis Advanced Management Program between 2017 and 2018.
