Apply Description Individual will assist with various aspects of building and property maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing, power washing, and painting. Responsibilities As assigned, supervise and direct overall project activities, including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc. Monitor project progress in accordance with safety, and quality standards Facilitate all aspects of project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, action items follow up, material expediting, and project meeting minutes. Provide management with regular updates on scheduling and overall project status Coordinate with the fleet department to maximize fleet resources and minimize lost time Coordinate with the Project Team to solve problems as they arise and provide solutions to management. Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to the area of responsibility. Comply with all safety rules and timely completion of required training.
