Role accountabilities: Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments Working with municipalities on necessary permits Project management of site development or redevelopment Qualifications & Experience: An Ohio-licensed (PE) or PE-candidate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in land and site development Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work like: single-site and municipal-type projects, and the development of construction documents for public sector clients, including cities/counties/water districts, etc. Proficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and MicroStation (considered an asset) Excellent communication and writing skills The ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders Why Arcadis?
