Qualifications

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00/ year (which includes base plus estimated average annual commissions).
Base salary at time of hire: $45,000, plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed. Earning potential varies based on individual sales performance and are subject to the terms of applicable commission plan(s).
Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $45,000- $67,013.00 / year. Summary:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, and enhance the skills necessary for independent daily living. Working across diverse settings, the OT evaluates patient needs, diagnoses functional limitations, and designs individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals. Through direct, hands-on interventions and the use of adaptive techniques and specialized equipment, the OT empowers patients and educates their families on strategies to optimize functional independence and improve overall quality of life.
Essential Work Functions:
Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments, evidence-based practices, and patient goals
Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions and treatments in accordance with the established treatment plan
Provide direct, hands-on therapy using adaptive techniques, modalities, and assistive devices to improve functional abilities in daily living and work-related tasks
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, techniques, and strategies to enhance independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, holistic care
Track patient progress through regular evaluations, modify treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices in occupational therapy
Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards to maintain a secure and supportive therapy environment
Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued patient progress in community or home-based settings

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Ability to make rapid, accurate judgments and decisions with respect to the application of the regulations, instructions, and procedures for importing and exporting merchandise to and from the United States; or enforcement and administration of laws relating to the right of persons to enter, reside in or depart from the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR

Teaching Associate Pool in Department of Sociology (Academic Year 25/26)

responsibilities. The TA will usually attend large lectures, except in weeks where other TA workload needs take precedence: this decision must be negotiated with the supervising instructor. The TA union requires that a TA work 2.67 hours per week for each "weighted teaching unit" (WTU) assigned. For example, a TA may be assigned 2 WTU for teaching two 50 minute discussion sections, plus 1 WTU to compensate for additional time needed to accomplish the related TA work. In this example, the TA would have a 3 WTU workload, which is a 20% time appointment that requires the TA to work a total of 8 hours per week. A TA in this above example could expect the following workload breakdown: 20% discussion section facilitation, 20% large lecture observation including note taking, 10% supervising instructor meetings, and 50% preparation and grading. Appointments are for a single term, though applicants may reapply for a Teaching Associate position.

Create sport specific in-season and off-season workouts for all athletic teams at the College.
Create effective warm-u and stretching routines to maximize performance and prevent injuries.
Collaborate with all Head Coaches to incorporate specific needs and focal points for areas of improvement in the off-season.
Collaborate with all Head Coaches to set up a calendar for team workouts to be as organized and efficient as possible around other sports' schedules.
Collaborate with the Athletic Training team to best create programming
Maintain and clean and organized weight room.
Demonstrate and explain proper lifting techniques and form to prevent injury and maximize results.
Create and enforce weight room rules to maintain a safe environment for all students.
Supervise and work with strength and conditioning interns.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the supervision, care for, and inventory of equipment and facility.
Maintain effective working relationships within the athletic department team and the College as a whole in order to contribute to the overall success of all athletic programs.
