Judy R. McReynolds is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ArcBest Corporation®, responsible for managing the multibillion-dollar freight transportation and logistics services company, including oversight of the operating companies ABF Freight®, ABF Logistics®, Panther Premium Logistics®, FleetNet America® and ABF Moving®. McReynolds has held the post of Director of ArcBest Corporation since 2010 and Chairman of the Board since April 2016, and is the only member of the company’s senior management who serves on the board. Her 25 years of transportation industry experience, including 18 years at ArcBest℠, provides significant value to the board. During her tenure, McReynolds has evolved the ArcBest strategic focus to expand beyond its core less-than-truckload services in order to better serve customers across the supply chain spectrum. Building upon ABF Freight’s 90-year-old roots as an LTL leader, she is diversifying ArcBest into an all-inclusive transportation and logistics provider through the addition of non-asset-based and asset-light businesses. These include the 2012 purchase of Panther, which provides time-sensitive, mission-critical delivery and premium logistics, and the 2013 formation of ABF Logistics as a complementary sister company to ABF Freight. Previously, McReynolds was Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Vice President – Controller, and Director of Corporate Accounting when she joined the company in 1997. Prior to joining ArcBest, she served as Director of Financial Reporting and Taxation with P.A.M. Transportation Services Inc. and as a Senior Manager of Ernst & Young LLP. McReynolds serves on numerous outside boards including OGE Energy Corp., American Transportation Research Institute, First National Bank of Fort Smith, the Transportation Industry Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and the Westark Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. She also serves on the Dean's Executive Advisory Board of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, the UAFS Foundation Board and is a member of the American Trucking Associations Board of Directors and Executive Committee. A Certified Public Accountant, McReynolds holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.

Erin K. Gattis was named Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2016. She manages benefits, retirement services and payroll, as well as talent management areas of recruiting, training and development and executive compensation for ArcBest Corporation® and several of its subsidiaries. Various corporate governance responsibilities also fall under her domain. Previously, she was Vice President — Human Resources and served as the company’s Chief of Staff to ArcBest President and CEO Judy McReynolds. Erin Gattis began her career at ArcBest℠ in 1999 in the Human Resources department. She has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, the senior-most human resources certification for those who have demonstrated a strategic mastery of the HR body of knowledge and practical experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Arkansas Tech University. Erin Gattis is a Board member of the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Fort Smith Area and a member of the University of Arkansas College of Business Dean's Leadership Council.

David R. Cobb was named Chief Financial Officer of ArcBest Corporation® effective January 2015. In 2006, David Cobb became Vice President – Controller at ArcBest℠, and in 2010, his role was expanded to include the duties of Chief Accounting Officer. He served in those roles through the end of 2014. He has a wealth of experience, having worked with multinational and publicly traded corporations to startup operations in a vast range of business environments, including earnings-sensitive, fast-growth and acquisition integrations. Before joining ArcBest in 2006, he was Vice President and Corporate Controller for a publicly traded, international oilfield service company. He also spent seven years with the public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston. David Cobb is a Certified Public Accountant in Arkansas and Texas and a summa cum laude graduate of Abilene Christian University. Outside of work, he is active in church and mission-related activities, and is a former Director for the Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union.

Steven Leonard is a Chief Sales & Customer Engagement Ofcr at ARCBEST CORP /DE/. He has worked as VP:Customer Solutions at ARCBEST CORP /DE/ and VP:Global Forwarding at Panther Expedited Services Inc. Steven attended University of Arkansas.

Daniel E. Loe is Vice President – Enterprise Solutions for ArcBest Corporation®, a position he has held since May 2014. Danny Loe leads ArcBest’s focus of driving sales of services across all ArcBest℠ subsidiaries. In addition, he is responsible for establishing policies and guidelines for sales, customer care, and yield management leaders of ArcBest’s subsidiaries to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Danny Loe most recently served as VP – Yield Management for ABF Freight® since 2010. He held a number of increasingly senior positions in the ABF Freight pricing department after joining the company as an associate pricing analyst in 1997. He also served as Director of Marketing & Public Relations for ABF Freight for six years prior to assuming the role of VP – Yield Management for ABF Freight. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Michael E. Newcity was named Senior Vice President - Chief Innovation Officer of ArcBest Corporation® and President of ArcBest Technologies, a subsidiary of ArcBest℠, effective January 2015. During his 20-plus year tenure with ArcBest, Michael Newcity has led and progressed several strategic, cross-functional initiatives focused on enterprise-wide advancements in business intelligence, e-commerce, market research, and strategy management. The company has been recognized for information technology work under Newcity's direction in a number of publications, including CIO and Information Week. Michael Newcity began his career with Data-Tronics Corp. (now ArcBest Technologies) in 1993. He also served as Manager of E-Systems & Market Development and Manager of E-Commerce at ABF Freight® and Director of E-Systems & Emerging Technologies and Director of Economic Analysis at ArcBest Corporation. He was named ArcBest’s Chief Financial Officer in 2010, and in August 2013, his responsibilities were expanded to oversee corporate information technology and economic analysis as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He served as ArcBest CFO and CIO through the end of 2014. Michael Newcity serves on several boards, including Student Mobilization, a non-profit collegiate organization, the Mercy Health Foundation and the Dean’s Leadership Council for the College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from the University of Arkansas, which awarded him the Senior Honor Citation, the university’s top undergraduate honor. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Walton College at the University of Arkansas and received the Donald W. Reynolds Governor’s Cup for promoting entrepreneurship.
