We are currently hiring a Truck Loader to join our team at our railyard facility located in Bethlehem, PA. This is a hands-on, physically active position that plays a critical role in the safe and efficient loading of dry bulk product from railcars into dry bulk trailers using pneumatic vacuum systems. No previous pneumatic experience required - we provide comprehensive training! PAY: $21 per hour plus Benefits SHIFT:1st Shift Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Load dry bulk materials from railcars into dry bulk trailers using pneumatic vac systems Drive tractor-trailers around the yard (CDL not required) Connect and disconnect hoses (weighing approx. 50 lbs) Ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination or spills during loading Climb in and out of trucks multiple times daily Follow all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications & Experience: Ability to speak, write and comprehend the English language.
