Fellowship in any specialty preferred, but not required. Must be proficient in mammography. Procedures include: myelograms, LP and breast biopsies (Stereotactic and Ultrasound guided).

Position Summary

Coordinates design, validation, implementation, optimization and upgrade activities across Millennium solutions. The IA will work across multiple solutions and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of projects and ongoing production support of the Millennium EHR. Act as a member of project leadership team, involved in scope decisions, process assessment, design and build, testing, training and delivering business results. Identify key application and workflow integration points that may affect design decisions and supports the management of domain strategies, code management, change management, issue management and escalation and system optimization. Act as an application team lead for the Cerner team and provide associate mentorship.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Code Management - Tracking, installation and validation coordination for all content and ongoing Millennium release packages. Upgrade strategy and assisting with project management responsibilities during a Millennium Upgrade. Responsible for tracking Solution Changes (CRs) for resolved code.
* Change Management - Assist in facilitating review, initial and production approvals of all changes being requested to the Cerner Millennium system. Ensure adequate change control processes are in place (ie. non-prod validation, test plans with backout steps, change control windows) and develop strategies to streamline maintenance changes.

Clinical Application Analyst - PACS Administration
Clinical Application Analyst - PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) administrator for Radiology and Cardiology is an IT professional in a healthcare setting who is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and support of medical imaging systems in both departments. Manages and maintains the systems used to store, retrieve, distribute, and display medical images. Act as a critical link between clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
System Management: Overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and support of the PACS and related imaging systems (e.g., in radiology and cardiology departments). Oversee the daily operations of the PACS, ensuring 24/7 availability and optimal performance for both radiology and cardiology imaging applications. This includes performing routine maintenance, system backups, and quality assurance (QA/QC) monitoring. Lead and handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
System Integration & Upgrades: Planning, coordinating, testing and implementing system upgrades, patches, new software/hardware installations in collaboration with clinical departments, IT, and vendors to minimize disruption to patient care and the integration of new imaging modalities and related systems like Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS).
Key Skills and Qualifications (Education and Experience)
* Education: An associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Health Informatics, Radiologic Technology, or a related field is typically required or preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with PACS software platforms, networking fundamentals, database management (e.g., SQL), and technical standards such as DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) and HL7 is essential.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a radiology and cardiology or related clinical and IT related field. IT experience preferred. Relevant experience in healthcare, particularly within radiology or cardiology departments, is essential. Experience with specific PACS platforms (e.g., Change HealthCare, GE, Philips, Sectra, etc).

Senior Project Manager - Information Services
Responsibilities:
