MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the Case Aide is to provide supportive services and resources to residents to ensure stability and strong life skills. Work collaboratively with Life Skills Specialist. Ensure all residents receive proper supports and certify services are delivered in accordance with state regulations and DBHIDS (Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services).
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage residents and establish positive rapport.
Meet with residents on a weekly basis.
Assist residents with skills building, recovery/life goal setting, problem solving, and utilize self-help recovery tools.
Work collaboratively with other community organizations as directed.
Complete and submit all time sensitive paperwork required by City of Philadelphia, and DBHIDS as outlined by in program policies.
Complete assessments and referrals for outside housing providers.
Accompany residents in the community as needed to accomplish identified goals and establish community support services including but not limited to doctor appts and housing options.
Maintain accurate records of resident progress.
Provide support and work collaboratively to the social worker and program supervisor.
Assist residents in investigating possible programs (job training, dual diagnosis group meeting, education, etc.) in preparation for transition to permanent housing.
Assist residents in understanding proper medication usage and dispensing.
Monitor and track resident medication distribution when needed.
Assist with medication distribution when needed.
Complete and manage data entry for residents' in software systems for CSS and DBHIDS.
Coordinate and participate in monthly resident activities.
Participate in monthly staff meetings, weekly supervision, training and meetings required by both CSS and funders.
Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., fundraising, development, communications, business, or theology)
Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in major gift fundraising, ideally within a non-profit or educational institution.
Demonstrated track record of securing significant 6 to 7 figure individual gifts.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Position Characteristics
The Coordinator of Sacred Music & Worship is a part-time position. The candidate must be able to articulate an understanding of and a passion for the liturgical life of the parish. The ability to develop specific liturgical and musical goals will be essential to the success of the candidate. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include
Providing musical and/or vocal accompaniment for Weekend and Holy Day Masses. It is understood that the candidate is available for a minimum of six Weekend Masses per month, on a rotational basis, as well as a majority of Holy Day Masses. Vacation/leave time can be negotiated.
Recruit and work with other vocalists and musicians and provides feedback for them as needed to ensure the quality of their performances.
Work with the Pastor to craft an appropriate repertoire of regular hymnody, and will actively seek to update that library of appropriate sacred music and liturgical resources on a regular basis while working with the Parish's congregation to introduce new music for more active participation.
Assist the Pastor in planning and executing various annual Parish liturgical celebrations including, but not limited to, 40 Hours Devotions, Holiday Masses, Advent/Christmas Season, Lent/Easter Season, Corpus Christi Sunday, and the like.
Work with members of the Pastoral Council and/or Liturgy Committee to both discuss planning for and continually evaluating the liturgical life of the Parish as well as provide catechesis to Parishioners regarding Liturgy and Worship.
Direct and rehearse the Parish Choir. The schedule is negotiable, but it is preferred that they sing on average two Masses per month.
Meet with couples as they plan their Wedding Mass/Ceremony and provide insight as to appropriate selections for music.
Provide musical and/or vocal accompaniment for Funeral Masses.
Provide occasional catechesis on Sacred Music for the Parish community, i.e., bulletin articles, weekly Flocknote messages, presentations, and the like.
Collaborate with staff members (ie: Director of Religious Education and Pre-School Director) to plan and implement sacred music and liturgical directives as they relate to their areas of ministry.
Work with the Children's Choir who sings approximately twice a month. Rehearsals are once a week, in general.
Coordinate regular tuning and maintenance of the Parish's instrumentation including the organ and pianos.
Provide for his/her own spiritual and professional growth by pursuing continuing education and professional development in Sacred Music and Liturgy, especially with regard to Archdiocesan-sponsored meetings and events.
Necessary Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church and a joyful, faith-filled disciple. He/she will also possess:
Professional competence in organ and piano, along with vocal performance and proficiency in the reading of music.
A bachelor's degree in music, sacred music, liturgy, or the equivalent is desired, but not necessary.
Experience and enthusiasm for offering varied Roman Catholic music and liturgical traditions.

JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Development Clerk is responsible for gift processing and acknowledgement of all money (cash, checks and credit cards), charitable gifts, running queries, reports and lists as well as data entry and updates to the Raisers Edge database. He/she will also provide general administrative support to the Advancement Office, Business Office and Front Desk.
JOB STANDARDS:
Associate degree or equivalent required.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Development database software (preferably Blackbaud Raisers Edge), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), e-mail.
Excellent organizational skills
Two to four years of related work experience

Accuracy in posting donations and balancing batches

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Records and prepares acknowledgement letters for all cash, credit cards and online gifts
Prepares weekly deposit for the Finance Office. * Prepares, scans and mails acknowledgement letters.*
Prepares list / labels.
Prepares monthly credit card and reconciliation reports in collaboration with the Business Manager.
Enters all updates and changes to Raisers Edge database. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data, including input/output, leveraging maximum use of Raisers Edge.
Prepares customized queries for an array of Advancement reports including segmented appeals, regional events, etc.
Provides lists for all Advancement mailings.
Follows up with mail house after each mailing to secure the incorrect and new mailing address lists. Responsible for making these changes in the database.
Creates donation pages for all fundraising programs/events.
Audits database records for accurate coding, maintenance of constituent records and data integration; responsible for global changes, creating and mapping required fields.
Must be able to suggest updates to the website and create e-blasts.
Develops a gift processing and data entry standards manual for the Development Office.
Provides critical administrative support to Management as well as serve as first point of contact for all donors' inquires via phone, email and mail.
Must be able to fill in at Front Desk/Reception if needed.
Takes advantage of Blackbaud's webinar series and classroom instruction to become certified in Raisers Edge Fundamentals and other certifications.
Staffs and is present at each fundraising or recognition event.
