Mission: Seton Home works to break the cycle of abuse and poverty by providing a caring home, education, and support services necessary to transform the lives of pregnant and parenting teen mothers and their children.
Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for providing operational oversight of the residential program. The Supervisor oversees the delivery of quality trauma informed services to adolescent teen mothers and their children while maintaining compliance with agency and state policies and procedures. The Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of the Teen Parent Specialist who provide 24/7 guidance, supervision and interaction with the youth residing at Seton Home. This position is responsible for recruitment, hiring and training of all staff under their supervision.
Position Responsibilities:
* The Shelter Supervisor will be responsible for recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training new employees under their supervision and will make recommendations for termination.
*Communicate daily expectations to staff as it relates to our program and accomplishing program goals in a 1:1 and group setting.
*Review treatment, support and safety plans and ensure staff in ratio is informed. Follow up in verbal and written communication to ensure staff assigned complete actions necessary.
*Lead staff efforts in teaching clients with program goals that currently include: socialization, parenting, coping skills, academic, independent living, problem solving and personal hygiene to maximize parenting and life skill development and independent living.
Supervise Teen Parent Specialist(s) by providing monthly supportive supervision and timely feedback regarding work habits, communication, client wellbeing and work place safety.
*Daily observation and evaluation of buildings, grounds, equipment, staff, children, vehicle and other program resources and address issues in a timely manner.
Responsible for monitoring Teen Parent Specialist's documentation of services provided through Seton Home's contracted agency's database system and maintaining compliance with the program's provider manual
Ensure records of basic needs, clothing and personal hygiene items are updated in an accurate and timely manner and maintained in client physical and electronic case files, in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator
Create weekly community meeting announcements to promote achievements, upcoming events, teaching opportunities and other announcements for both staff and clients
Review and manage staff schedules and assignments and ensure proper coverage off-campus activities and/or appointments
Coordinate staff development days and ensure staff are up-to-date and in compliance with training requirements; Coordinating with the Training Dept. as necessary
Maintain an on-call rotation with other shift supervisor and Program Director; to include unannounced monitoring physical-visits to the campus
Attend outreach and informational events on behalf of Seton Home, in rotation with the other program team members
Know the procedures for and monitor proper administration of medication. Conduct weekly medication administration log audits and track/address errors via email or disciplinary action form, as needed.
Conduct daily transition meetings with staff members coming and leaving the cottage
Assist in the development and implementation of client Plans of Service and Safety Support Plans
Ensure that Teen Parent Specialists implement the daily routine and follow the daily schedule.
Provide program orientation to new intakes and new hires
Communicate staff performance with Program Director.
Ensure staff is compliant with daily documentation requirements as outlined in DFPS Minimum Standards; Review and sign Progress Notes and Incident Reports daily at the start and end of your shift for accuracy.
Maintain a positive team environment
Communicate staff performance with Program Director.
Must be available to come in on weekends or after hours based on agency's needs.
Have and maintain knowledge of Minimum Standards for General Residential Operations and Texas Child Centered Care; Ensure minimum standard requirements are followed and reporting non-compliance or serious incidents to the proper personnel

The Parenting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that quantitative and qualitative goals and standards for the PED are met including continued implementation of clinical and evidence based best practices. The Parenting Coordinator will maintain a caseload of Seton Home clients to include parenting education in groups, and individual settings. The Parenting Coordinator will train and collaborate with direct care staff on a regular basis so that all education will be reinforced in daily interactions with the clients. The Parenting Coordinator will ensure documentation for parenting services is completed in a timely manner and reflect appropriate interventions to the clients. Parenting Coordinator serves as a part of the interdisciplinary team that develops and supports the families.
Position Responsibilities:
* *Serve as point staff person to collect, enter, and communicate program performance to include AAPI-2 scores, ASQ-3, class attendance and other performance measures in internal database as required on time. Alert supervisor when PE does not report data on-time;
* *Maintain a caseload of individual sessions and/or group classes;
* *Substitute for Parent Educators as necessary in facilitating parenting groups, individual sessions, and/or developmental screenings;

General Responsibilities
The District TeamLeader (DTL) will be responsible for working with churches in the Richmond area to find teens who are willing to attend Christian Youth in Action training and to lead 5-Day Clubs this summer. In addition, the DTL may assist staff and volunteers with the oversight of the After-School Good News Clubs (GNCs) in the Richmond area. The expectation is that the DTL will work 20 hours per week.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Aggressively pursues the recruitment of teens (ages 13 - 18) to participate in
Christian Youth in Action
(CYIA) to prepare them for conducting
5-Day Club
ministry.
2. Assists in establishing
5-Day Club
locations in churches, backyards, community centers and/or parks.
3. Promotes the ministries of
CEF
by following up with contacts and churches.
4. Expands the ministry through raising financial support for the ministry.
5. Works in the Richmond and surrounding areas to establish a team of CYIA teens to help do the ministry.

Position Overview

Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Experience Leader is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer experience in their store through personal customer engagement, exceptionally clean and orderly sales floor, dressing rooms, restrooms and merchandising. The CEL assists customers in locating items and answering service questions. This position performs certain “lead Cashier” duties such as training Cashiers, training and monitoring Cashier performance and transacting refunds and voids in the absence of a manager. The CEL is expected to remain on the sales floor for entirety of shift with primary focus to enhance customer experience, and will only operate cash register on rare occasions when customer experience requires.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Make a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, giving them guidance on meeting their shopping needs in the store. Inspire customers to buy and create lasting positive impression of you, Goodwill and their purchase. Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to questions and/or concerns in a positive, professional, and friendly manner. Continuously improve selling techniques.
Provide continuous customer service and cashier training to all cashiers. Monitor performance and coach cashiers and sales floor staff on a continuous basis to provide the highest levels of customer service and experience. Ensure cashiers are following cashier training guidelines.
Perform refund and void approvals for cashiers as needed in the absence of manager.
Hang, arrange and maintain orderly and full textiles/clothing racks on the sales floor. Maintain selling floor presentations and restock on a proactive basis.
Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures.
On rare occasion, for critical situations as back-up only, operate cash register. Receive payments from customers for purchases, record sales and other transactions. Handle cash, debit, credit and gift card transactions and issue receipts to customers efficiently and accurately.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Assist in safeguarding Goodwill team members and property from harm, damage or theft. Comply with the Ethics Policy by immediately reporting any observed or suspected theft, fraud, violence, or any unethical or inappropriate behavior to a supervisor, human resources, or the Ethics Hotline.
Keep aisles free from debris; remove obstructions from production and sales floors. Ensure work areas and facilities remain clean and organized. Inform TeamLeader or Manager of possible safety hazards.
Keep work area clean by sweeping, emptying trashcans and disposing of trash in appropriate containers.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 months to 1-year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment
Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers, with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals
Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
