Financial Data Analyst, Chicago, IL ADM Investor Services, Inc. . The Financial Data Analyst will be a member of the ADMIS Treasury Department, reporting directly to the Credit & Portfolio Manager. The primary role of this position will be to support the data-based analysis utilized by the Treasury team. The position requires interaction with all team members to understand and support company objectives. The position will also interact with ADMIS and ADM global affiliates, clearing exchanges, brokers and customers.

Job Summary
ADM Investor Services is seeking a FP&A intern to support the Business and Finance teams by analyzing and reporting monthly financial results, preparing variance analysis against forecasts and annual plans, and providing analytical insights to global business unit leaders.
Responsibilities:

Summary of Responsibilities
Direct union craft employees who are responsible for maintaining operating equipment through time-based predictive and emergency action.
Supervises completion of work assignments and follows established department plans.
Enforce safety regulations, conduct daily safety communications, monitor monthly safety activity and conduct safety inspections as needed.
Create, read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and other records and reports.
Resolve equipment failures during scheduled shutdowns or breakdown action.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and maintenance activities within or between departments.
Maintain spares inventory.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders and company policies and procedures for employees.
Responsible for personnel matters, including training, development, discipline, safety programs and policies for direct reports.
Resolve employee problems, complaints or grievances.

Minimum Qualifications
Able to read blue prints and schematics.
