Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Brand, you'll enforce component-library usage and design/brand governance, manage pre-publish QA and post-publish checks, and keep redirects and deactivations tidy so our information architecture stays healthy. You'll work across a global, multi-language Optimizely stack at scale (~500 pages, 4 languages, ~75 components) and help maintain a steady two-speed cadence with clear quality gates. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Global Headquarters in downtown Chicago, IL. On any given week, you'll validate links and metadata, check alt text and headings for WCAG 2.2 AA alignment, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. You'll coordinate TransPerfect handoffs and spot checks, liaise with IR to ensure timely Q4 updates for regulated content, and respect approval workflows-including legal/compliance for specific markets (e.g., China). When work exceeds content/config scope, you'll package perfect repro steps and escalate code-level items to GT/delivery partners. The Paramedic will act as a medium between our medical, fire, and safety departments. The ideal candidate is a certified Paramedic that assists other departments in executing additional safety tasks. The role will be part of our United Steelworkers (USW) union compensation, benefits, and pension agreement. Summary of Responsibilities: Adhere to established medical protocols and procedures as well as legal guidelines and health and safety standards. Provide medical transportation internally and externally for employees of the plant. Evaluate the patient's condition on the scene and perform a preliminary diagnosis. Attend to injuries or sudden illnesses by applying a variety of basic or advanced treatments. Perform security patrols and checks, traffic control, and maintenance of safety equipment. Perform preventative maintenance such as conducting fire extinguishers. maintenance/exchanges to include hydro testing, annuals, and recharging. Run various reports and communicate to leadership. Assist with TWIC assignments needing coverage as boats are in the dock. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Certified by the State of Indiana as a Paramedic. Certifications: BAT, ACLS, CPR. Indiana Driver's License in good standing. A minimum of 3 years working as a Paramedic or equivalent experience in an EMS and Paramedic role may be considered. Obtain approval from Methodist Hospital of Northwest Indiana. Work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. Pass all pre-employment testing requirements. Ability to stay calm and make the right decisions in adverse conditions. Ability to perform duties following standing orders.
