**This is a full-time, exempt-level position** **.**
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Navigates vessel and ensures safe operation of vessel as to not cause injury or damages.
+ Responsible for safety of all crew and conduct safety meetings.
+ Familiarity with Sub Chapter M regulations and vessel/crew requirements.
+ Complete electronic and paper forms and logs such as: navigation logs, maintenance logs, TMS wheelhouse forms.
+ Responds to any situation that would require emergency rescue or transit of persons.
+ Coordinate crew changes, fueling procedures, and grocery delivery.
+ Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Must have a thorough knowledge of boat operations. Minimum of six months experience as a licensed pilot on Upper Mississippi River, Lower Mississippi, Ohio River, and/or Illinois River.
+ Mate (Pilot) or Master's license of Towing vessels upon Western Rivers
+ Radar certificate and FCC License

Basic Job Functions:
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Follow company and OSHA safety procedures
Attend safety meetings and participate in safety program
Maintain industrial machinery and equipment- daily inspections, reporting defects or needed repairs to supervisor.
Moves, assembles, installs, or dismantles machinery
Operate forklift and skid steer.
Visual inspection of equipment, identifying repairs and assist with repairs.
General labor duties that may include but not limited to sweeping, shoveling and general clean-up of any area and/or equipment throughout the yard
Effectively communicate over radio with teammates for traffic coordination, production, and safety procedures
Willing to cross-train and assist other teammates as needed
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and vendors
Strong organizational skills with attention to details
Ability to operate a forklift and/or skid steer
Ability to be flexible and display a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work Monday to Friday 3:30pm-12:00am and Saturdays as required
Willing to work outside in all weather conditions Basic math and computer skills
Must wear all necessary PPE while working or while in the yard.
Willing to learn, be adaptable and be self-motivated

Focus: The SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Sr Systems Specialist will be part of a team supporting ongoing operations and enhancements of the Winchester business's SAP applications suite. Responsibilities include the design and implementation of enhancements, support of upgrades and participation in projects throughout the entire System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), as required.
SAP FICO Sr Systems Specialist Essential Job Functions:
* Configure and maintain SAP FICO functionality to support business requirements and financial controls.
* Serve as the SAP FICO subject matter expert supporting FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, Product Costing.
* Support day-to-day production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution; Ensure that issues are handled end-to-end in terms of integration with other SAP modules.
* Partner with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integrations) and third-party vendors as needed.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements; Stay abreast of SAP releases and new functionality and makes related recommendations to internal business customers and IT management.
* Collaborate with internal business customers and liaise with cross-functional project teams to understand business process, plan, and implement changes in production environment of SAP ECC; Execute user acceptance testing for new and modified processes and systems components.
* Document scope and requirements for enhancements, changes, and breakages; Including development and documentation of requirements, configurations, and testing enhancements, changes, and break-fixes.
* Ensure compliance with Change Control procedures for on-going changes, enhancements and projects and maintain operational procedures around supported environments.
* Maintain Document Repository for business and IT processes.
SAP FICO Sr Systems Specialist Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree* required; Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or related discipline preferred
* Minimum of 10 years' experience working with Enterprise Resource Applications; SAP preferred
* Minimum of 5 years' experience working with SAP Finance module(s)
* Must be able to support all parts of the SAP FICO configuration, including but not limited to: Account Receivable and Accounts Payable, FSCM Credit/Collections/Disputes Management, and Product Costing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
* Attention to detail, self-motivation, independence, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Preference will be given to candidate with the following skills and/or experience:
* 7+ years' experience working with SAP Finance module(s)
* Knowledge of the integration points with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and/or Production Planning (PP) module(s)
* Experience with SAP Analysis for Office
* Knowledge of SAP Analytics solutions (BOBJ, SAC, Datasphere, etc.)
