Encap Machine Operator 1st Shift-6:00am-2:30pm Perform various duties to manufacture nutritional supplement products in the Encapsulation Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time. Attendance is key to performing the job. Include, but are not limited to, the following;
Operate a semi-automatic and automatic encapsulating machines, including inspection apparatus.
Conduct visual inspection of encapsulated product to detect and remove defective products.
Cleaning and General Maintenance: Cleaning and maintenance of encapsulation areas.
Record Keeping: Documentation of batch/lot numbers and recording of data.
Cross train on various equipment and in other departments.
Properly clean and place numbers on barrels to be used in encapsulation rooms.
Take capsule weights and make adjustments when necessary to automatic encapsulation machines.
Make part change overs and minor repairs on all encapsulating machines when needed.
Properly clean and prepare encapsulating machines for the next formula of powder.
Inspect capsules as they are produced by the encapsulating machines when needed.
Operate and read scales.
Serve as backup for Machine Operators / Semi-automatic as necessary.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CMM Programmer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing complex coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programs to ensure precision and quality in our manufacturing processes. PURPOSE: Design, build, rework, maintain, repair and troubleshoot all forms of tooling (including dies, tools, gauges, fixtures, and molds).

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiently operate all common machining equipment, mills, lathes, grinders, etc.
• Work as a team lead as well as a team member depending on the departmental workload.
