Pros of working at ADM

I've moved up the ranks to where I'm comfortable. Being comfortable is okay for awhile. Ready for a new atmosphere, new opportunity. Im my own boss, answer to 1 person. But the job relies solely on me

Cons of working at ADM

Hours, lack of management, and production over safety

ADM benefits

Being away from all the people I use to have to deal with. Stretched thin sometimes and made the environment stressful
