Pros of working at ArcherPoint

The pros of working at ArcherPoint are that we are 100% employee-owned, we are always innovating, and constantly learning, and aren't afraid to try new things. We even operate in a holacratic model, which is refreshing, giving employees autonomy.

Cons of working at ArcherPoint

If you are looking for an office environment, ArcherPoint is not for you. We work from home or on client sites. If you are not a self-starter, willing to take the initiative to get things done, you will probably be better off elsewhere.

I work with some brilliant people. It's an honor to be surrounded and supported by such an amazing group of individuals.

What do you like best about ArcherPoint's CEO and the leadership team?

Everyone has a voice.

I don't have suggestions for improvement, although we can be a bit short-staffed at times.
