Contribute to project proposals, tender documents, and bid evaluations, providing technical input and cost estimates. Ensure the integration of sustainability and energy-efficient solutions in design proposals. Coordinate and support the construction process, providing technical oversight during vessel construction and sea trials Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing requirements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in technical report writing and presentations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proven ability to oversee design from concept to delivery, including construction and sea trials. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for inspections, tests, and project-related task Familiarity with international environmental regulations and sustainability goals Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in naval architecture or marine engineering Strong expertise in ship design, stability analysis, and structural engineering. Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software (AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar). Extensive knowledge of marine classification society rules and international maritime regulations (e.g., ABS, CFR, DNV, LR). Experience with FRP design and construction Experience with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA).
