What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to support our client's Case Management system. As an Architect, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality projects. You will work with the client, PM, and BA and streamline the communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's architectural and business needs
Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes

Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution
Interact with both prospective and current customers during product demos/evaluations
Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations
Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
Relay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.
Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required
What You Will Need:

An Oracle Fusion Fixed Asset Solution Architect is a senior professional responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.
Oversee the configuration of the Oracle Fixed Assets module, managing asset acquisitions, depreciation rules, capitalization, transfers, retirements, and revaluations.
Design and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials (Fixed Assets, GL, AP, AR, etc.) and other enterprise systems or third-party applications using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Define data migration strategies for moving fixed asset data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, utilizing tools such as FBDI and ADFdi, and ensuring data integrity.
Lead or support testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide oversight during the deployment phase.
Design and implement financial reporting frameworks, including standard reports and dashboards, using tools like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex issues, manage defect resolution, and support change management and end-user training activities.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to stakeholders, mentor junior team members, stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and new features, and advise on adoption strategies.
Skills
Requires 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials ERP, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and the Fixed Assets module.
Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and relevant technical tools (OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFdi).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
