Establish and enforce architectural governance, standards, and best practices across the GPS architecture landscape. Analyze technical business solutions using the Enclave and convert them into effective designs that address client or business needs, including reliable, competitive cost structures. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential Enclave users, demonstrating the value of our compliant cloud hosting solutions and addressing their unique requirements with the aim of accelerating decision-making processes. Work with GPS contract teams and other EY stakeholders on the pattern development. Lead our efforts around CAS compliant Enclave offerings. Maintain an active awareness of the technology space and EY's Alliance network, supporting the evolution of the Enclave Architecture team and overall Enclave per GPS needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Enclave leaders, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for optimizing our platform solutions in close collaboration with the Enclave Delivery Product Management team. Skills and attributes for success Strong technical background in solution development and design, data architecture and security architecture. Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, or similar frameworks to guide architectural governance and strategy. Experience integrating AI/ML, automation, blockchain, or emerging technologies into enterprise solutions to drive innovation. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) in cloud environments, on-premise and air‑gapped environments. Ability to define cost‑effective architecture patterns and manage solution budgets, especially in response to RFPs. Strong understanding of Cloud hosting technologies, including Government Cloud compliance requirements. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market opportunities, and accelerating business outcomes. Familiarity with RFP and RFI processes and ability to quickly assess and respond with recommended technology solutions.
