What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to support our client's Case Management system. As an Architect, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality projects. You will work with the client, PM, and BA and streamline the communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's architectural and business needs
Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes
Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM
Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution
Interact with both prospective and current customers during product demos/evaluations
Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations
Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
Relay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.
Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required
What You Will Need:

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $127,500 - $218,600. Key Responsibilities
Systems Strategy & Architecture

Manage external implementation partners, translating business needs into technical scope and ensuring delivery aligns with timelines, cost, and architectural standards.
Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and system changes.
Data & Integration Management
Own the design and integrity of integrations between Workday, Adaptive, and other core systems (HR, CRM, procurement, etc.).
Define and enforce data governance standards, master data management, and security models in partnership with the security team.
Ensure a single source of truth across financial and operational data.
Collaborate with the Reporting and Analytics team across the institute to align system data models with BI and dashboard needs.
Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as the finance systems subject-matter expert and advisor to the Finance and leadership team.
Partner with Org Finance, IT, Development, and Operations to ensure system design supports end-to-end process improvement.
Communicate system strategy, roadmap, and key decisions to senior stakeholders and the Executive Council.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $127,500 - $236,800. Summary:
The Bond Planning & Construction Staff Architect provides architectural and project management expertise to support District staff and construction project managers in overseeing the planning, design, technical review, and budgeting of facility projects delivered by architects, engineers, and consultants. The role analyzes existing facility data; evaluates design documents at each development phase for alignment with District educational and technical specifications, federal and state building codes, and ADA standards; and provides construction oversight for bond-funded new construction and renovation projects. The Staff Architect maintains current project budgets and schedules and collaborates with District departments to address design needs throughout project planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, define, and develop facility designs by applying expert knowledge and interpretation of local, state, and federal codes and standards, including the currently adopted ICC International Codes and ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Provides technical expertise and guidance to District staff, Bond Project Managers, and maintenance personnel on matters such as code compliance, building systems integration, and other technical aspects of facility design and construction.
* Perform detailed analysis, interpretation, and review of project development throughout all phases of design and construction, including programming, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, and construction administration. Conducts comprehensive evaluations of architectural and engineering design documents to ensure conformance with District standards, building codes, and best practices in educational facility design. Provides technical guidance and design input to project teams, and coordinates with school administrators, facility users, and consultants to ensure design intent and functional requirements are accurately integrated and executed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Negotiate and administer contracts for design and construction services, ensuring alignment with industry technical standards, District policies, and budget parameters.
* Perform architectural reviews and field inspections to confirm compliance with construction documents, applicable codes, and design intent; document and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with school-based staff and the public to review design intent, project timelines, and budgets.
* Collaborate with District leadership to understand, maintain, and update the District's long-range facilities plans. Executes these plans by tracking, identifying, and analyzing complex data to support optimal facility functionality and alignment with District standards. Incorporate this data to aid in maintaining facility life-cycle databases, conducting space adequacy evaluations, and providing data-driven recommendations for ongoing facility improvements.
* Support in collecting, analyzing, managing, and organizing data related to District facilities. Conducts high-level feasibility studies and site analysis for proposed or existing facility locations or building modifications. Evaluates factors such as zoning, infrastructure capacity, accessibility, and compliance with District standards and regulatory requirements to support Facility Master Planning efforts.
* Provide leadership to design and construction project teams by establishing clear expectations for design quality, constructability, and safety. Exhibit behavior consistent with District goals by demonstrating the ability to effectively manage conflict and disagreements and develop procedures and techniques for resolution.
* Maintain and aid in updating District's Educational Specifications and Technical Guidelines. Ensure facilities projects comply with District Education Specifications and Technical Guidelines.
* Monitor budget cost control through established policies, procedures and techniques to measure resources consumed, project status and milestones and compare measurements to projections; Identify and mitigate potential overruns or delays.
* Review, verify, and authorize architect, contractor and consultant pay applications.
* Establish and manage project budgets through cost estimating relationships with contracted engineers, historical costs, estimating manuals and contractor bids and proposals. Conduct post-occupancy reviews; confirm building systems documentation is accurate and complete.
* Leverage the architectural expertise of a licensed architect to support Bond Project Managers in design document reviews to maintain District standard consistencies and facility data accuracy across projects; document quality control measures within the Bond program.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
* Minimum of seven years of experience in building design and construction Industry, preferably in Pre-K through 12 education buildings, including site planning and construction administration.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must have an active architectural license.
* Completed and submitted BVSD online application.
Preferred:
* Master's degree in architecture.
* Knowledge of CAD/BIM software, project management platforms.
* Advanced skills in architectural planning and design, building systems, codes, and construction methods including life safety and accessibility.
