Eastman Kodak is seeking a highly experienced, visionary IT Software Architect to lead the modernization of our enterprise-wide integration initiatives leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and modern AI-enabled development practices. This leadership role will drive the design, implementation and optimization of scalable, secure, real-time integration architectures using modern API-first principles and event-driven frameworks. Your expertise of the SAP BTP platform and a deep understanding of the application development, integration and workflow capabilities will ensure seamless real time enterprise integrations, enable efficient data flows and enhance operational agility.
This is an onsite role in Rochester, New York.
This strategic leadership position will architect and deploy solutions to solve integration patterns across cloud, on-prem, legacy and SaaS environments. In this role, you will be responsible for driving these solutions within technical, application and data intelligence teams while collaborating on defining optimal business processes which leverage real time integration. This position requires multiple functional ERP and technology competencies with the ability to architect complicated, integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement software integration technologies for seamless multi-application integration within overall data and solution architectural patterns
• Define the software engineering integration architecture patterns required to support the overall solution strategy and create organizational alignment and support
• Create the overall technical direction and review proposed solutions to ensure adherence, including code reviews, mentoring, and coaching software engineers in an AI-enabled ecosystem
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes for continuous improvement and increased technical agility and performance
• Mentor, manage and coach IT professionals to create productive, high-performance teams with a focus on best practice API management, security and governance

• 15+ years technical experience in an SAP S4Hana / ECC environments

The overall expectations of the Project Architect position are to work with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being met and completed. SWBR's fearlessly creative, enthusiastic, inquisitive and passionate interns work side-by-side with our architects and designers as integral team members. You'll be assigned to a specific project, ranging from complex educational facilities to lifestyle and corporate interiors to housing complexes to gain experience in the design disciplines we practice: architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, structural engineering, and civil/site engineering. Our full-time, paid internships typically last eight weeks and are completed between May-September.
Throughout the summer break, interns will gain experience working in a professional Architectural, Engineering & Landscape Architecture firm and have an opportunity to learn and work alongside our multi-disciplinary team. Depending on studio of interest, day-to-day activities can include tasks such as drafting, redlines, office organizational activities, construction/client site visits and software learning experiences.
