Description Job overview and responsibilities The Principal Architect will lead the architectural design and strategy for applications within the DT Tech Ops & Safety portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with the United Airlines Enterprise team to ensure compliance with architectural standards. The Principal Architect will implement enterprise architecture standards within cloud and on-premises infrastructures, ensuring adherence to DevOps, security, and data management standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of translating enterprise architecture standards into actionable designs, ensuring applications are built in a scalable, secure, and compliant Responsibilities * Collaborate with domain architects, engineers, and leaders to develop technical standards, reference architectures, design patterns, opinion papers, and architecture decision frameworks that guide the design of technology solutions, especially those requiring integration of applications. * Develop and manage a technical strategy and coordinate adoption.     Job Description The Architect Designer is responsible for the creation of architectural floor plans and elevation plans. This position will exercise discretion and independent judgment in the intellectual field of architecture. The Architect Designer I will also analyze these plans for functionality, accuracy, cost and efficiency to ensure compliance with design criteria. The creation of architectural floor plans and elevation plans requires advanced knowledge and constant evaluation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use discretion and judgment in the intellectual field of architecture to accomplish the following: Create, develop and design all Perry Homes products. Develop and create preliminary floor plans and elevation designs; Thoroughly analyze preliminary designs for cost compliance, value engineering, and overall design efficiency and make recommendations to management based on review; Coordinate design implementation and accuracy by working with CAD producers. Work with Production Manager to oversee flow of plans through department. Field reviews of Perry Homes products as well as competition. Remain up-to-date on market demands for plans and customer requests for all major Texas metropolitan areas. Obtain continuing education program hours approved by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners to maintain license. Frequently must complete projects on a very short notice with extreme time constraints. Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Vice President of Design, as requested. Must be a Licensed Architect in Texas. Requires minimum 3 years of experience in design with an emphasis in high-end residential design.
