The Project Architect will be the point of contact for clients. This person will manage project resources (both internal and external), budget, and schedule. They will coordinate design and production of documents during each design phase of assigned projects. Construction Administrator as specific project scope services may require.
Requirements
Education: Minimum 5 -year degree in Architecture from an accredited NAAB program
Experience: 5 -10+ years full -time

Responsibilities:
· Represents the firm to Clients of assigned projects

· Assist the director in development of project proposals, agreements, presentations, schedules, and budgets
· Communicate Client / project requirements with all effected project teams
· Other responsibilities as may be assigned by direct supervisor
Special Requirements:
· Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents
· Proficient user of AutoCAD software, minimum

Detailed understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and complementary Salesforce products that organizations may use to run their business. Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions.
Experience in delivering projects using Agile-based methodologies
