This position will provide professional architectural design, documentation, and construction project management activities required to support the repair, replacement, and preservation of MnDOT facilities. Work duties includes: writing and assembling technical architectural specifications and project contract documents; review drawings and other documents to write and edit specifications for projects and coordinate compliance with project requirements, institutional guidelines, MnDOT BSS standards, technical conditions, and existing laws, regulations, and codes; interpret project design requirements and translate those requirements into materials, methods, equipment, procedures, installation, and certification testing necessary to provide the narrative descriptions which are used to procure, install, and erect building components; create architectural design and construction contract drawings, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed as a professional Architect with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience and Interior Design.
AND
Three years of post-licensure, professional architectural practice with significant experience in specifications development.
AND have the following experience or qualifications:
Experience with architectural work to project designs, construction, and materials
Experience reviewing project plans, specifications and working with professional mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering staff to coordinate design documents
Experience with AIA contract documents
Experience with CSI MasterFormat
Experience with applicable building construction rules and regulations including: the Minnesota State Building Code, ADA, and environmental laws
Experience with computer aided drafting.

Technical/Functional Skills Experienced Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for the technology strategy and senior level relationships with business and delivery counterparts across multiple programs. In this Architecture leadership role, we are seeking candidates with background in Cross product alignment, event driven architecture, microservices, domain level APIs, and on and off prem / hybrid cloud architecture. Some big data exposure will be expected along with experience in providing vision and leadership for new deployments and migrations from legacy infrastructure.
The Enterprise Architect role in the team is a leader who will be responsible for creating and driving the technical strategy for multiple products. Day-to-day work for the role involves close, complex, and multi-faceted interactions with product managers/owners on one hand and with multiple delivery teams on the other.
The Enterprise Architect will partner with many teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures that provide solutions to business problems and accelerate the adoption of modern technologies to reduce total cost of ownership with strategies like cloud (private/public/hybrid) first solutions. In collaboration with product managers and owners, the role will drive benefit delivery across a defined set of products. As a trusted enterprise architect, the role will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build healthcare solutions that will impact millions of lives.
The role expected to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with other teams within UHG such as delivery, product, platform, and professional services, as well as representing the work at an individual and the EA team level to technology and business executives and stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with BOT technologies and AI/ML to deliver consumer facing Chat and Voice bot interactions, as well as exposure to ABM with third party apps such as Apple Messages , Google Messages, Whatsapp etc.
* Design/implementation/consulting experience across large-scale, enterprise applications - 5 years.
* Experience collaborating with cross-business product teams to drive business benefits and demonstrated experience in developing enterprise application architectures to meet multifaceted business requirements in complex environments - 5 years.
* Create and execute technology strategies, groom business products for technical features per strategy, track, and report on total cost of implementation and ownership of the business initiative and products assigned develop EA roadmap - 3 years.
* Experience in leveraging loosely coupled microservices, business events-based architecture, domain APIs, Data Externalization, Digital Performance, Application integration and stability and reduction in the total cost of ownership all delivered following Agile principles, (DevOps & CI/CD) - 3 years.
* Experience with Public Clouds platforms including but not limited to AWS, Azure, and GCS etc. as well as leveraging open-source software, virtu al platforms, software development experience, operational management practices and frameworks. - 3 years.
Experience in guidance, development and leveraging Reference Architecture and Technology Standards following UI/UX principles that improve user experience - 3 years.
* Work with product owners and cross functional team members to create architecture that enables personalized messaging and BOT experiences for consumers to self-service and automate customer service functions for the business. The enterprise architect must be skilled in analyzing business needs and aligning with enterprise sources, evaluating options, and communicating risks and tradeoffs to produce high level solution architecture which empower delivery teams, while considering AI/ML opportunities and performance implications of the overall architecture.
* Support architecture for Deep Linking from App to Web and Cross Domain Web Deep links in a complex environment with multiple portals for highly visible and revenue impacting initiative.
* Independently own research and discovery of complex enterprise level problems including investigation and documentation of the current state, product roadmaps that impact and shape direction of future state and gaps in roadmaps.
* Own relationship with the Business and Consumer Product teams on one hand and develop close partnership with the delivery teams on the other.
Responsible for supporting the Journey owners with ideation, elaboration, EPIC creation, Feature build and grooming for the assigned journey on one hand and estimation and next year's execution planning for the identified work with the delivery teams on the other.
