Architect Level I
3-5 years of architectural experience
On the path to licensure or already licensed
Strong Revit skills and design workflow proficiency
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Architect Level II
6-8 years of architectural experience
Licensed architect or nearing licensure
Proven leadership in mentoring and technical problem-solving
Experience with public sector or FEMA-funded projects is a plus
What You'll Do
Participate in all phases of design and documentation
Support project planning, detailing, and consultant coordination
Develop construction documents and contribute to project delivery
Conduct code research and assist with project analysis
Mentor junior staff and foster a positive studio culture (Level II)
Help resolve technical challenges and keep projects on track

Project Architect
Architect job in Raleigh, NC
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to lead design and documentation efforts across various phases of architectural projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration
Develop and coordinate all phases of project documentation, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project lifecycle
Conduct code reviews, zoning analysis, and compliance assessments
Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
Participate in quality control and constructability reviews
Coordinate with permitting authorities and respond to regulatory comments
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
7-10 years of professional architectural experience
Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Revit is required
Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation
