The right candidate for this role must have proven success with hands-on delivery and program management. Responsibilities: Ensure delivery excellence by embedding best practices, outcome management and delivering on our commitments for both implementation and support. Partner with the architects in the customer organization to architect and drive the right fit automation solution to achieve the expected business outcomes Establish, sustain or grow the Intelligent Process Automation capability in the assigned accounts. For example, identify opportunities for interconnected solutions, expand existing capabilities to new business areas, etc. Be a trusted delivery partner and point of contact for the client and Cognizant teams for the automation program/engagement. Ensure contractual commitments are tracked and implemented with reference to delivery. Collaborate with extended delivery teams across the globe. Required Skills and Qualifications: Intelligent Process Automation practitioner experience, including the awareness of the high-level architecture, licensing model and key features of UiPath tool. Experience in architecting automation solutions leveraging UiPath AI components like Agent Builder, Autopilot etc. and full-stack technologies like Python are considered a plus. Management experience - Experience in leading and executing global automation programs involving Robotic Process Automation, Smart Data Intake, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI solutions and Operational Analytics with established governance at exec leadership/steering committee level. Operational Rigor - Demonstrated success and strength in managing across clients and programs to deliver results. This will combine a strong mindset in program and project management, leveraging data to drive objectives and creating strategic plans to deliver results for today while setting-up for continue accelerated growth. Business Acumen - demonstrated experience in leading AI / Automation delivery for Insurance industry preferred. Leadership- Ability to lead and manage a high performing team and support growth and development of team members. Financial acumen - to manage project P&L from an internal standpoint and help guide client in their investment choices from an external facing standpoint. Multi-geo experience and the ability to create effective relationships with offshore teams in a global delivery model. Willing to travel to client location as per engagement requirement Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Project Overview Client is undergoing a multi-year ERP transformation to automate, streamline, and modernize processes for increased efficiency across Client and Canals. This transformation impacts Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Strategic Supply Management (SSM) and IT departments. This role involves technical solutions, particularly across cloud infrastructure, SaaS integrations, and enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and ERP systems, IDAM systems, and Cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, and AWS. The goal is to implement a composable ERP systems that integrates all business functions, including finance, operations, and human resources, into a unified platform. Job Functions & Responsibilities Support services for a range of ongoing projects such as the eGRC SaaS Migration, HR Connect, and SharePoint 2016 migrations. Develop and maintain governance documentation, technical architecture, and solution blueprints to guide the effective implementation and evolution of these projects. Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and ensure that all solutions are aligned with organizational goals and industry's best practices. Create and maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies to guarantee the stability and performance of these critical systems. Conduct thorough analysis of client/user requirements, design, develop and test the software to meet defined specifications including the ability to uncover, comprehend, and document complex business requirements, challenges, and processes. Develop designs, layouts, and documentation to identify project requirements and how specific aspects will be integrated cohesively. Skills 5-7 Years of designing and architecting technical solutions Excellent communication skills Knowledge of a wide variety of systems and technical platforms from infrastructure to AI Experience of identifying and selecting software solutions to business needs including Commercial of the Shelf (COTS), SaaS and PaaS applications. Knowledgeable in advanced concepts of cloud computing, datacenter consolidation, IT infrastructure services, cyber security, data management services, etc. Knowledge of advanced network administration and security principles and practices related to architecture. Advanced knowledge of most industry-standard solution engineering, application architecture and systems integration approaches and concepts.
