Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) * 8+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter architecture, integrations, or solution design, or ANY large/similar ERP platforms. * 5+ years driving enterprise PLM initiatives in global, multi-site environments. * Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * Proven experience leading PLM modernization or transformation programs, including cloud/SaaS migrations. * Strong understanding of PLM fundamentals: BOM management, change control (ECO/ECN), configuration/variant management, CAD data management, workflows, and lifecycle states. * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps, lead system consolidation efforts, and drive adoption of standard SaaS features. * Experience creating change impact assessments and stakeholder communications. * Ability to influence cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams at scale. * Familiarity with AI applications in PLM is a plus. * Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
