Create a customer friendly experience for clients as they enter and leave our showrooms by maintaining a positive can-do attitude and facilitating client interaction with our Sales and Design Consultant and Customer Service.

Job Duties
Be the showroom ambassador while helping to sell tile
Greet clients when they enter and leave the showroom with a warm welcome and sincerely thank them for visiting ACI.
Smile, engage, greet customers with curiosity and empathy
Have clients sign-in (obtain as much information as possible including customer name, address, contractors, etc.)
Enter client information and log traffic in SFDC
Distributes walk-in customers to Sales & Design Consultants per guidelines
Communicates with customers via Email, the phone and in person
Write quotes and check stock for Sales Design Consultants (All clients should receive a quote within 24 hours for material selection)
Check voice mail timely, within company standards
Schedule appointments for Sales & Design Consultants
Type and process sample check-outs via Salesforce
Hand out marketing material
Ensure everyone is helped - happy - and provided for
Maintain showroom appear by ensuring tile samples are put away
Keep reception area clean
Responsible for Opening/Closing showroom according to Checklist
Order showroom supplies (Backup)
Conduct price checks and stock inventory checks
Place follows up and receive sample orders
Responsible for UPS/FedEx/Currier Services as needed
Send out control samples to vendors
Help to process orders when needed
Send special items to customers or vendors (flowers, cookies, etc.) as needed
Schedules Courier service when applicable for designers.
Master the 6 Deliverables:
Sales RX Follow through (See implementation for more detail)
Greeting properly (via phone, get them to make appointment, directions)

Basic Qualifications

Essential Job Functions:
Prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates to support early design and program budgeting.
Develop detailed line-item cost breakdowns for construction procurement and acquisition planning.
Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and architects to align cost estimates with evolving project scope and technical documentation.
Apply CSI MasterFormat and UFC 3-701-01 guidance in all estimates.
Support quantity take-offs, historical pricing analysis, and market research for material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Review and validate A/E estimates, ensuring consistency with program goals and design intent.
Assist in preparing Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) for MILCON and repair/renovation projects.
Participate in value engineering efforts and assist project managers in aligning scope to budget.
Support the government in scope development, cost analysis, and risk identification during planning and design phases.
Provide written summaries and cost analysis briefings to senior program and agency stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of dedicated construction cost estimating experience or combined estimating and project management experience.
U.S. Citizenship with at least 3 years of residence living in the US.
Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust clearance (HSPD-12 fingerprint background check).
Demonstrated experience developing IGEs or similar detailed construction estimates for federal clients.
Familiarity with UFC and CSI standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, or Mathematics

Develop and deliver executive-level reporting packages. Draft high-level presentations, technical memoranda, and executive summaries on project status, schedule health, and key decision points. Regularly brief senior leadership.

Must have novice-level understanding of Power BI to maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards to track and report progress across assigned project portfolios to ensure timely delivery of the Government construction program. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Science, or Mathematics and ten (10) years of related work experience with five (5) years of relevant construction management experience, with 2-3 years of those in leadership positions.
