Job Purpose
Under general supervision, an assembler assembles components efficiently, safely and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
· Assemble components with the use of drawings, schematics or written work instructions. Work may include fitting or soldering parts together. Some assemblies require the use of adhesives and epoxies
· Subassemblies or finished products in a manufacturing environment. Perform tests on electrical assemblies during the production process
· Operate various power tools and occasional use of drill press
· Loads and unloads signs
· Completes daily time-ticket
· Clean and maintain work area and equipment to provide a safe and organized work environment
· Work safely to prevent on the job injuries following all safety regulations; including PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and on occasion gloves, dusk mask, or job specific safety equipment)
· Interacts with other departments
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management

What You'll Do

Your Role

What You Will Do
Engage directly with senior design leadership from early development through the implementation of design solutions

Manage project team and coordination of consultants. Lead documentation coordination with full consultant teams such as structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustic and other consultants. Produce BIM models and construction drawings. Once the designs are developed, prepare and produce detailed Revit drawings and ensure that the client, project team and contractors can easily comprehend designs

Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school
Licensure required
8+ years of experience in the profession of architectural design
Strong experience working with Revit and Rhino
Proficiency with SketchUp, 3D Max, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, but not required
Experience managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, and civil consultants
