Who we are: Pre-Design and Design Phases * Aid in site survey/field investigation as required. * Assist in creating presentation drawings for proposals. * Assist Project Architect with preliminary design drawings and documents. * Work with Project Architect and/or Engineer to produce and/or revise detailed construction documents for assigned projects. * Attend site visits during construction. * Attend and participate in team, client, and department meetings. Professional Growth * Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. * Participate in the development and maintenance of architectural and engineering standards for Boldt specifications, drawing format, administrative procedures, and quality control measures. What we expect from you: * Associate's degree in architecture studies. * Plans to pursue architectural licensing preferred. * No experience required. * Knowledge of construction technology, and design. * Must be proficient in and understand computer aided drawing software including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and other similar systems. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Software. * Knowledge with other graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, and 3D rendering capabilities is preferred. * Demonstrated time management skills and accountability to the team. * A valid driver's license may be required. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work at our Appleton, WI office. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
