Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Architectural Designer to lead both the creative design process and the day-to-day management of architectural projects. Key Accountabilities:
Design Development and Support - Contribute to the design process by developing creative and functional solutions under the guidance of senior architects.
Assist in concept development, space planning, and visualization.
Create diagrams, renderings, and presentation materials.

Technical Drawing and Documentation - Produce accurate and code-compliant drawings that support project development and construction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Experience managing projects from concept through construction.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Proficiency in design and documentation software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray).
In-depth knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, permitting, and materials.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Strong communication and leadership abilities for working with teams, clients, and consultants.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with contract administration and construction site coordination.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

The salary for this position ranges from $21 to $25 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
