Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater CAD Designer to join our well established and respected Water Practice supporting the design of water and wastewater engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, detailed civil engineering drawings and plans in collaboration with engineers and project managers.
Primary Function:
Under general direction, performs routine to moderately difficult design assignments which require the application of fundamental design techniques in accordance with company and industry standards and codes. Detailed instructions are provided by immediate supervisor for assignments requiring more- complex design concepts. This is the journey-level design position.
Primary Duties:
Prepare civil site layout, piping plans, profiles, and details for water distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment systems.
Convert engineering sketches and specifications into detailed CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
Coordinate with engineers and other team members to incorporate design changes and ensure drawing accuracy.
Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
Review drawings for quality control and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Assist with the development and maintenance of CAD standards.
May perform certain administrative tasks, such as determining manpower requirements, establishing drawing schedules, assigning tasks to lower-level design/drafting personnel, etc.
May provide conceptual input to projects during the planning stages.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate's degree or high school graduate with vocational-tech or trade school training in basic drafting technology (or equivalent working knowledge/experience).
Ideal candidates will have approximately 5+ years of experience as a designer
This includes a working knowledge of fundamental CAD/Revit/drafting software.

Bachelor' s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, preferably from an accredited institution

Experience in multi - family, commercial and/ or hospitality industries a plus.

The Project Architect position provide experienced licensed architects with the opportunity to apply design and best practice methodology into projects of varying complexity. As a project architect you will demonstrate the highest level of design and drawing experience while being responsible for the continued growth and mentorship of other Studio+ team members. The development of flawless design documents is the ultimate objective. Experience in key markets served by Studio+ is strongly preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a licensed architect.
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and multiple rendering software's.
History of strong design sensibility, attention to detail and drawing quality, client relationships and satisfaction, bidding and permitting procedures, construction administration services, scheduling, development of project budgets and tracking profitability, production, coordination, and delivery.
Extremely skilled at listening to clients and quickly creating design concepts that meet the projects objectives.
Preferred candidates should hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch) degree from an accredited institution.
Current architectural license in the state of Florida and NCARB certification preferred but not required.

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, is seeking an experienced Truss Designer with at least 5 years of Truss Designing experience.
Under general supervision, this position creates truss placement plans, truss design drawings and truss quotes along with providing technical support to customers and sales representatives related to truss components for residential and commercial projects. The position is an office position that requires the use of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:
Using proprietary software, produce floor and roof truss placement plans, truss design drawings and truss quotes using your ability to understand blueprints and customer requirements for specific projects.
Determine design specifications based on blueprints and structural design needs.
Review other designers work as part of a double check system to reduce design errors prior to putting paperwork into manufacturing.
Create shop paperwork that is optimized and batch for efficiency based on equipment used in manufacturing.
Communicate with customers, general contractors, and sales staff on technical aspects of plans which require clarification from customer, Architect or Engineer. Document communication with said parties using excel spreadsheet and saved emails.
Consult with experienced component technicians and management when more in-depth analysis is required.
