Job Summary
The Senior Project Architect will manage projects from conceptual design phase through completion of construction. 8-10+ years of professional experience in architecturaldesign and documentation.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join MBH for our 9-week Summer Internship Program. Our internship begins on June 9th and ends August 6th.
The role is 3 days a week, Tuesday through Thursday each week. Interns should be available to work on site at the Denver office during that time.

What You'll Do
Participate in the initial design phase by preparing test fit plans and identifying program needs, functional requirements, and square footage criteria
Assist project teams with the preparation of architectural drawings in Revit, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
Support production of permit and construction document sets under the direction of licensed architects
Assist with markups and drawing revisions
Help organize and maintain drawing files, Revit models, and project documentation
Participate in site surveys (as schedule permits) and assist with field documentation and photo organization
Support coordination efforts with consultants and internal team members
Assist in preparing presentation materials and basic design graphics
Conduct limited product and material research
Attend global meetings, project meetings, internal team meetings, lunch & learns, and other presentations as part of the intern cohort
Create an internship presentation based on a project completed during the program, present to the organization
Minimum Qualifications
Current student participating in an Architecture program or related (bachelor's degree, master's degree, or technical training program)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on site at our Denver office for the duration of the program
Experience with Revit and Bluebeam preferred
