Junior Architect Job Description
CORE is seeking a motivated Junior Architect to support the conceptualization, design, planning, and execution of facility-related architectural projects. This role involves assisting senior architects in developing design documents, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations, and helping deliver projects that meet client requirements, budget considerations, and schedule expectations.
Responsibilities & Duties
Lead the architectural development of projects from conceptual and schematic design through construction administration.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Architectural licensure is preferred; licensure in progress will be considered
Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience, with preference given to candidates experienced in industrial, commercial, multi-family, and municipal projects
Strong proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD
Advanced proficiency in architectural visualization and rendering software, such as Lumion, Enscape, or other high-end real-time or photorealistic rendering platforms, is required
Solid understanding of BIM coordination and document production workflows
Thorough knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building systems
Strong working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards

The key function of the role is drawing plans, executing revisions, as well as helping with material ordering, spec sheets and other tasks related to pre-production. All CAD for this position is done using Chief Architect.

The ArchitecturalDesigner applies design principles, analytical techniques, and three-dimensional computer-aided design software skills for the design and/or development of product concepts, components, or assemblies. The Product Designer will be responsible for creation of three-dimensional models of component designs and assemblies and two-dimensional drawings of components and assemblies, as well as creation of various studies and documentation of activities related to the creation and development of components and assemblies.
Creation of 2-D drawings and 3-D component / assembly design data using CAD software.
Execute data management procedures as directed by the company to properly track files and revision levels of drawings and components.
Understand the customer's requirements for performance, materials, and manufacturing methods. Create designs based on these requirements.
Communicate/coordinate activities between program management, engineering, customer representatives and corporate representatives.
Perform analysis for manufacturing feasibility of customer concepts, and component designs per the customer's manufacturing processes.
Perform packaging studies of components within complex assemblies, following guidelines for clearances as specified by Engineering or the customer.
Consults with personnel in various engineering activities relative to the design, drafting, and construction of designed components.
Apply best practices for design of specific components per the materials used, manufacturing methods used, and finishes used on the product.
Provides technical support and follow-up on Design/Product Validation activities.
Support Engineering with the maintenance open issue lists and timelines as required.
Support requests of Engineering and Program Management as needed.
Communication of design-related and timing-related issues to Engineering and Program Management.
Participation in design reviews, including display and explanation of design progress to customers and the internal team.
Creation and management of assemblies in the CAD software.
Interference analysis with assemblies and analytical section creation.
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
3 to 5 years of building design experience in one of the following the areas -structures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical hardware and routing, interiors / exteriors.
Experience using Autodesk Revit design software including BIM Collaborate. Will also consider candidates with building design experience and experience with CATIA V5 or Siemens NX CAD software.
Experience with single-family homes preferred.
BS degree in related field, or certifications in the fields of ArchitecturalDesign, or equivalent job experience preferred.

This is how you will grow:
The ArchitecturalDesigner applies design principles, analytical techniques, and three-dimensional computer-aided design software skills for the design and/or development of product concepts, components, or assemblies. The Product Designer will be responsible for creation of three-dimensional models of component designs and assemblies and two-dimensional drawings of components and assemblies, as well as creation of various studies and documentation of activities related to the creation and development of components and assemblies.
* Creation of 2-D drawings and 3-D component / assembly design data using CAD software.
* Execute data management procedures as directed by the company to properly track files and revision levels of drawings and components.
* Understand the customer's requirements for performance, materials, and manufacturing methods. Create designs based on these requirements.
* Communicate/coordinate activities between program management, engineering, customer representatives and corporate representatives.
* Perform analysis for manufacturing feasibility of customer concepts, and component designs per the customer's manufacturing processes.
* Perform packaging studies of components within complex assemblies, following guidelines for clearances as specified by Engineering or the customer.
* Consults with personnel in various engineering activities relative to the design, drafting, and construction of designed components.
* Apply best practices for design of specific components per the materials used, manufacturing methods used, and finishes used on the product.
* Provides technical support and follow-up on Design/Product Validation activities.
* Support Engineering with the maintenance open issue lists and timelines as required.
* Support requests of Engineering and Program Management as needed.
* Communication of design-related and timing-related issues to Engineering and Program Management.
* Participation in design reviews, including display and explanation of design progress to customers and the internal team.
* Creation and management of assemblies in the CAD software.
* Interference analysis with assemblies and analytical section creation.
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
* 3 to 5 years of building design experience in one of the following the areas -structures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical hardware and routing, interiors / exteriors.
* Experience using Autodesk Revit design software including BIM Collaborate. Will also consider candidates with building design experience and experience with CATIA V5 or Siemens NX CAD software.
* Experience with single-family homes preferred.
* BS degree in related field, or certifications in the fields of ArchitecturalDesign, or equivalent job experience preferred.

Job description:
This position would be the lead responsible for maintaining the plant layout for both equipment activities.
Familiarity with Client assembly project standards are required.
This person should be a self-starter and be capable of making accurate field observations, measurements and converting information supplied from other vendors into the overall composite plant layout.
This individual's responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
Maintain integration of supplier provided drawings into a layout of record and provide a weekly layout of record release.
Oversee timely and organized submission all AutoCAD drawings on the ACC provided to Client by suppliers.
Must have in-depth understanding conveyor layout and design Drawing creation in AutoCAD of conveyor, carrier drawings and studies such as, cross-sections, station layouts, interference drawings, chording studies, envelope studies…etc.
This individual will report to the engineering program manager
Expected Experience and Skills:
Minimum (10) years of AutoCAD design in automotive manufacturing applications.
Must have a general understanding of all conveyor types and conveyor components
