We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Fire Sprinkler Designer to support the layout and preparation of fire sprinkler systems. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients while continuing to build your expertise in code-compliant design. What You'll Do: Create drawings, specifications, and schematics for sprinkler system installations Work with Project Managers and Sales to verify project requirements and ensure code compliance (NFPA, federal, state, and local) Layout sprinkler devices on basic designs using AutoCAD and HydraCAD tools Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members Maintain safety practices and adhere to company policies and procedures Stay engaged in continuous learning and professional development What You Bring: 2+ years of CAD experience in fire sprinkler design for commercial projects Proficiency with HydraCAD, Hydracalc, or Hydralist (other related software will be considered) Solid understanding of NFPA codes and sprinkler system components Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to pass background and drug screenings Strong verbal and written communication skills Eligible for state licensing and/or vendor certifications Bonus Points for: NICET Level II (or higher) in Water-Based Systems Knowledge of REVIT and X-REFs

    Who We Need The Teamcenter Jr. Architect works with industrial and military clients to elicit requirements, recommend design solutions, install Teamcenter, and configure the product to include BMIDE, workflows, and connections to ancillary products (e.g., SQL Server). This position requires an understanding of Teamcenter and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The ideal candidate must be able to gather functional requirements and assist clients in trade-space analysis to evolve efficient and effective solution configurations. An understanding of configuration best practices and the ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution is key. Knowledge of Agile software development processes is a plus. This role will be part of a broader solution team, so expertise in all areas of Teamcenter is not required. However, it is expected that the candidate can install Teamcenter, create business objects/attributes, work with style sheets for data presentation, interact with the BMIDE, configure workflows, manage organization/groups/roles, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
