Includes plan preparation, drafting, and quantity calculations. * Demonstrate proficiency in Microstation/ORD, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D. * Demonstrate proficiency in developing Right of Way Plans and Utility Coordination. Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: * 10 or more years of relevant work experience * Associates Degree or equivalent years (15+) of work experience in appropriate area of design * Proficient with CAD, particularly Microstation and AutoCAD; * Strong Office (Word, Excel) skills. * Familiarity with ODOT design standards, specifications and policies. * Familiarity with local utility companies and needed coordination.
